I can’t even move past the menu of selecting a seat.
Glitches Galore
The app never remembers previous login info, preferred location, and Apple Pay rarely works requiring a physical card. UI is not user friendly at all.
Almost unusable
While it does show movies and show times well, the seat purchase and food purchase options barely work. I always get an error with the Apple Pay option and many times when selecting seats to purchase I have to restart the app because the next button disappears (likely do to what others mentioned about a web page loading inside the app).

App is clunky
Please instead of embedding a website hire a real designer because I can’t even click the bottom buttons!!! And the website freezes up everyone I try to click anything!!!!
Almost Unusable
As another reviewer mentioned, it’s a webpage embedded in the app which makes it buggy and laggy. If I open the menu, there is no close button. I have to completely close out of the app and get back in. There’s also not an option to zoom in on the menu - it’s a picture of their menu so the font is super tiny. There’s no way to view purchased tickets in the app anymore so you have to make sure you have the right email or you’ll never get them.

Constant signing in
Is there a way to easily sign in the the app and it remember my account. Very frustrating that when I get to the movie theaters and I have to resign in.

Real bad
This app is cumbersome to use, poorly designed, never stays logged in, and you have to force it to quit sometimes because of the directional controls disappear. It’s a mess.

The credit part isn’t working all day today. It is clunky. They should just scratch it and start over
Why constantly logs out?
If they want me to buy tickets, why do they make it so hard by constantly logging me out?
Not User Friendly
difficult to log in, difficult to do anything. have a credit and app doesn’t let me book movie unless it’s same day. and, why can’t tickets go to wallet anymore????
Painful to use
The app is absolutely a necessity in today’s world, however, this app requires continuous login when trying to purchase tickets for a movie. It is inconsistent in being able to complete a transaction. And when trying to order food at the theater using the QR code, it completely stops mid transaction and you repeatedly have to restart. I would love to partner with the developers of this app to make it seamless and easy to use because I believe having this theater in my neighborhood is amazing! And I want to make sure everyone enjoys all that has to offer. Call me!

User interface to log in and purchase tickets is god awful. I have an account, have bought many tickets, but each time I use this app it’s a nightmare. I don’t understand the issue, but fix it please. Every other app for theater tickets works just fine. I don’t get why there’s an issue with yours.
New version so complicated
The app use to be so good, easy to use. Since update last few version so complicated, every time check the show time and seat that I have to log in. Hope the IT can remake easier user friend app again!

The app is always acting up and glitching. It will log you out when you’re in the process of trying to order tickets. The glitching is the worst part about it. Wish it could be updated.
Usefulness of app
So far the app isn’t very useful. Can’t see the tickets that you buy, and you can’t order food from it. It shows you the menu, but you can’t expand it to actually see what you’re looking at. Forces you to go online to their website basically. What a waste.
Fix the app please!
I’m not sure why they pushed all these updates - the app is worse than ever. Embedding a webpage inside the app is just bad design and makes purchasing more complicated than it should be. Removing the option to add tickets to Apple Wallet was also a terrible decision.
On top of that, the app doesn’t remember my login. I have to sign in every single time, and it logs me out whenever I navigate to a different section, so I’m constantly re-entering my credentials.
I understand they changed things so theater staff can look you up at your seat and make payment easier, but they really need to figure this app out. It is so frustrating to use.

Terrible
Either go to the website or use a different theater. App crashes when trying to apply loyalty points, crashes when trying to pay with card. Previous version was perfect…current version is a tragedy.
