Does not allow login

I created my account on desktop. I know my username and password. Even when copying and pasting them from a password manager I knew worked on the website, it considered my login attempt invalid. How can I rate an unusable app anything higher than 1 star? Also, none of the advertised services are exclusive to the app, so for anyone out there, just use the website and download all available documents before you leave

Eh, not too bad!

At first, when I tried to download the app, it took a bit of convincing. However, once I succeeded, the app provided with all of my necessary documentation!

Could not use it because it would not recognize me. I had to use the paper copy provided by my employer.

Doesn't work

Was pleased to find the app so I could have my information available for my study abroad. I can't even register because the selection tool for the numbers doesn't work and I can't enter my date of birth.
