Double login
It’s been months and your app still has a double login issue.
Only recently when I log into the app, it almost immediately logs me out. I have to log in again to be able to do my banking. Please fix.

Logs out after very short time
Some update is causing the app to log out after a short time, even if you’re actively using it. Impossible to input data into a budget! Never was a problem in the past.
No need for this level of strictness, active user input should reset the log out timer.

Outdated app
The worst banking app I’ve used. It’s 2025 not 2015, this app ranks poorly relatively to other banks. The transaction history and lack of categorisation is especially annoying.
Average app.
Help and contact sections useless. No way to send message. No contact email addresses.
