Deep dysfunction

My mother died 11 years ago and I’m still trying to close one of her Citibank accounts and now I see that there is just tentacles of dysfunction in this entire organization. Their app is crap. That is all I have to say right now.

Cannot perform a simple fund transfer

Really used to like your app, but the latest version is messed up - cannot do a fund transfer because the purpose field pop-up list is empty, so stuck there...
Already talked to your hotline, as expected asked me to reinstall which I did, and the problem persists...

ID and Password are correct yet the app won’t acknowledge me. That’s Ok, I’ll just work with my other bank apps that work. Not the only person, so Citi has a problem. Apple, seriously? All nicknames taken?
