BEWARE
Citizens Access allows only ACH transfers, so if you think you might ever need access to your money in fewer than 2-4 business days, stash your cash elsewhere.

I have no issues except having to transfer for a better interest rate. Sorry!
Unusable
I try to log in, it says it needs to authenticate, fine. It goes to a screen to select how to do that; email, call, or text. I try to select one, but it’s frozen. No option can be selected. I try to go back, no dice. I deleted the app and reinstalled, same issue. I guess I have to use their dumb website? Ugh.

No longer accepts mobile check deposits
I’ve used this app for a while, but the latest update is incredibly frustrating. It no longer accepts mobile check deposits and keeps giving an error that the amount I enter doesn’t match the check—when it’s exactly correct. This recent update basically broke a perfectly good feature. Now I have to physically mail in my checks, spend money on postage, and wait weeks for a deposit. It’s honestly ridiculous and a huge step backward.

Can never login
Pretty much every time I try to login I get an error message, “sorry, login is unavailable right now”. I’m not sure login has ever been available on mobile. I use same login/pw on desktop without issues.
