Mobile deposits are easy
Using the mobile deposit function on the app was very easy and quick. The app gives you instructions on what to write on the check as well as how to collect images with your phone highly recommend Edward Woosley.
Update
The new update requires 16 IOS and my phone is 15.8.2 therefore requiring me to buy a new phone ☹️

What could be better
I’ve had an account with Citizens bank for over five years now, and could not be happier. You have the convenience of the big banks with the individual attention that only small banks can offer. now with the new app, I hardly ever get a chance to visit everyone, but know when I do I will always have that same individual attention that makes me happy on there.

Upgraded
Much more modern looking format with extra features such as card management for freezing your card if you can’t find it, travel notices and the removal of security questions in favor if biometrics and text message codes for dual authentication. A definite improvement!
