Why does this app make us change the pin frequently?
1. We tend to forget the pin easily.
2. For every mobile banking app we use the same pin so that we wouldn’t get confused.
3. Your face recognition is poor.

Has many bugs
Takes long time to load. Doesnot work in offline mode .
Where is card details?
Everything is good with the app, but the option which says card, why doesnt any card shows in there? Neither debit card nor credit card, other banks mobile banking shows credit card details and even the available limit, payment due date. It would be really great if citizens bank also can add those details.so at least customer can know their card limits through app.

Cant access face id through my mobile as there is no option in my old mobile there was option for fingerprint as my new mobile doesn’t have fingerprint but only face id i cant access it

Just downloaded and installed this app on my iphone6. Transferred an amount to my smartphone using this app. All worked like a charm! Very convenient! Need to remember all kinds of number to access any of the myraid of services offered. I am also worried that all a person need to acess these services (my account) is my PIN. This is a serious flaw. Trying to connect this app with LastPass but don't know it it will work. Would prefer that there is another level of authentication.
