Please Restore Auto-Rotation
This app used to automatically rotate with my phone, allowing me to use it comfortably in either portrait or landscape mode. At some point after an update, the orientation became permanently locked to landscape, and it has remained that way ever since.
For me, this change has made the app significantly less usable. Many websites and applications are difficult to navigate in a forced landscape view, especially on a phone. What was once a flexible and functional mobile experience now feels unnecessarily restricted.
What’s most frustrating is that I reported this issue and provided feedback quite some time ago, yet nothing has changed. It appears that portrait mode support was either removed or broken, and users who relied on it have been left without a solution.
If this was an intentional design decision, I strongly encourage the developers to reconsider it. At the very least, users should have the option to choose whether the app follows their device’s orientation settings. Until then, the mobile experience remains far more cumbersome than it used to be.

A LOT better
More stable then in the past and now gets an excellent rating from me. Not sure why this App interferes with my Bluetooth connection due to this App has no sound?

They updated the app and now my applications won’t load. Been like that for a week now

Breaking the app every other day
They updated the app so it worked for about a week but now it’s not working again. I don’t know if app development is right for these developers, since the one purpose the app has, it launch .Ica files, it is incapable of doing. This is unacceptable for a major company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely awful work.

Please fix the launch failure: failed to retrieve ICA error. I keep hoping the updates will address this error, but no. My colleagues have this error too.
Pinch zoom stopped working

the Android app this app is far superior. Please just bring the exact Android app to IOS
I’ve used Citrix workspace on an Android tablet before and now that I’ve gotten an iPad I am extremely disappointed. The features to navigate in Android are sorely missed. On Android you have multiple different modes (scroll, multi-touch and panning) which offers so much freedom in navigation. Additionally the resolution options on the Android app (match dpi, server, fit screen, optimize for high resolution) is so much clearer without any of the weird glitches. The Android app also offers the ability the ability to maintain settings which for no apparent reason this app doesn’t have. I have to adjust my settings every single time I open the app before logging into my account. Another huge ability for saving credentials. I don’t want to log into to my email, then my web store then my Cerner account every single time. My PC and my Android tablet avoids these issues but the IOS app keeps being difficult at every opportunity when simplicity would’ve been appreciated. Please just make the IOS app exactly like the Android one

Easy to use and easy to safely authenticate
Does not work with new update
This app never worked great to begin with on iPhone but at least I could log on now with IOS 26 update it doesn’t work it never opens just stays on the get started screen it I swipe up about to quit app I can see my desktop but when I click to open it back up it’s the blank get started page. I’ve restarted my phone and tried multiple different days and always the same issue.

Broken after recent update
I’ve used citrix workspace for 10 years and had no major issues until this most recent update, where now when I use the app it locks whatever I try to open as partly zoomed in and doesn’t allow me to scroll on the page. The only work around I have found is opening the app ahead of time, hitting “get started” then hitting settings and changing the resolution to “auto-fit screen,” which helps but then makes things absurdly long or wide and doesn’t always work. This is only on mobile as far as I can tell, but — there’s tons of recent negative reviews saying the same thing, and yet 0 communication from the company saying anything about it. It has been over a month. Please fix your app!

A lot of improvement
The citrix has changed a lot since I used it few years ago. I can now actually use my phone high tech hardware for something useful!!! I was able to connect to an external display and load my corporate workspace, however, the mouse (connected to the phone) does not sync real time with the pointer in the citrix environment. So basically with the mouse you have to drag the pointer in the citrix desktop which makes it functional but with amount of time wasted in dragging, not an interesting option. I have not tried to directly pair an extrenal bluetooth mouse and see how that will work, but the keyboard works fine. Kudos to the Citrix team and looking forward to further improvements!

25.11.0 and latest iOS!
Version 25.11.0 doesn't work on my iPad running iOS 26.3. Ugh! I used Workspace religiously to log into my corporate VPN for remote work. Apple/Citirx please collaborate here!!!!
Breaking the app every other day
Once again, an update has come out and completely broken the app. Once again Citrix has decided their app works too well so now it’ll freeze when you try and open a .ica file. If you do not need to use this app, please do not. I’m sick and tired of this.
