App that NEVER WORKS!!
A complete waste of time to report code violations like garbage in the alley, rats in alley and high grass ( most likely where they nest.)
Repeated calls to the city does no good as they say one needs to contact the developers.
Just think if the city inspector did his or her job you wouldn’t need to have an app to report a code violation.

App and website are horrible
They need to update their system! So many things you have to click on so many things just to get where you need!
Trash pick up days.
Way to many steps to find something as simple as trash pick up days. Should simplybe a search option on main page.
