What kind of app is this? It provides absolutely no useful information about my pension. Better off using the online portal unfortunately.

Can never view my benefit statement, and going to death benefits pops up an accept decline box with no dialogue. Use the website

Pension has disappeared and can't find any info not the best app needs more work or updates.
Utterly Useless App
The civil service pension s team are currently doing an appalling job of looking after the needs of those working in the civil service. The app is appalling quality and the website is not much better. The team behind the app and website needs to put more work into offering a good service to its customers. I will raise this with my local union and employer as it is near impossible to contact the pensions team.

This app appears to have been abandoned by the publisher. It doesn’t work.
Speed - or lack thereof…
What on Earth is going on with the performance on this app! It takes well over 2 minutes to even log in let alone try to access any data! Have a few other pension apps and they’re like lightning compared to this.
No longer able to sign in
As the title says, I can’t sign in anymore, it tie as my credentials and then the blue circle just keeps on spinning! Also where is the pension forecast?

Cant see my ABS despite having an email from CSP saying my ABS is ready. CSPS app only tells me what pension scheme I am currently enrolled in, no other info, nothing about my previous scheme or any previous years data.

Don’t waste your time
Not quite sure why they still have this in the app store. It has virtually none of the functionality of the web site, so if you’re wanting to use it to try and keep sane by checking your retirement forecast whilst despairing of the nightmare that often comes with being a civil servant , this is just going to taunt you with its inability to deliver.

Pointless app
The app is absolutely pointless. Cant see annual statements, or any details about my pension value.

Retirement modeler link missing?
My CSPS app used to allow me to use the retirement modeler function. Why has this changed?

Whoever made this must have been drunk. It is totally useless. Best phone them for any help (possibly)
Retirement Modeller
I am unable to access the Retirement Modeller on the app. I am accessing with an iPhone. Portal works ok through both google and safari.
Password problems
As with other reviewers I have experienced exactly the same problem of the app rejecting my password, even when it has just been reset and reset acknowledged by email. Very frustrating.

The app no longer has the forecasting for pension modeller which is what I use it for. It’s now a useless app. Can we have the modeller back please

The App had a great pension modeller. Unfortunately that facility is no longer available. As a CSPS member, I suggest that you either restore the facility, or abandon the App as it serves no useful purpose.
