Constantly crashing

This app crashes or refuses to open almost every time I attempt to use it - which means my money is hanging in limbo since there’s way to access it when the app doesn’t work. No updates are required and none of my other apps have issues, just this one.

Issues signing up

Honestly, I would love to use this app, but I’ve never gotten the chance to when I first saw it. I didn’t mean to sign up and so basically it told me I put it in wrong information and then I was denied, but there’s no reason for me to be denied because my Work clearly supports this, I need to get into contact with somebody but anytime I email them they don’t answer. I would love to try this app would be willing to give it more stars

System glitches

The system contains massive glitches when you’ve worked scheduled work hours! This is an inconvenience to all clients! Escalation takes over 48 hours. Customer services periodically give false information on customer accounts without thoroughly investigating the situation! Most definitely has its pros and cons

Too many glitches

Every other week I have to uninstall the app and install it back just to be able to log in. I’ve spoken to agents from technical support several times about this issue. Honestly if I didn’t need to retrieve my pay in advance, I would not bother to keep using the app. It’s always giving difficulties when I need it most. Please fix or partner with a better company.
