Nearly perfect
iWatch compatibility would be absolutely fantastic for when we leave our phone at home or in car. Easy and discreet. But that would have to include a chip reader on the machine OR it could allow us to select the machine by entry and confirmation. Aside from that, this is an easy to use app and highly convenient.

First day
I used the app today. It was very easy to navigate the app and load money was plain and simple.
The app lets you know when the machine is finished and also lets you know how much time is left on the cycle. I appreciate that very much. It’s pretty cool!

love but doesn’t sync
Love this app so much! Very user friendly, but machine availability doesn’t always sync up live with the washers. Otherwise - amazing and very easy to use with helpful alerts.
Bad customer support
I have used this app with no issue for almost 2 years, but recently had trouble adding my credit/debit card to my account. It wouldn’t accept anything I put in the app so I had no way of adding money to my account. I reached out to the developer’s customer support after Caldwell & Gregory tried troubleshooting it with me first. I first called PayRange and got no answer so I left a message. I also sent a message to their support email address. They have now only responded to me once a day at most and have only sent unhelpful suggestions that put the blame on me for the app not working. I respond within ten minutes and then don’t hear back for another day. It’s become frustrating and I had to find quarters in order to be able to do laundry in my building since I couldn’t refill the app. They haven’t been very helpful in trying to fix this issue in a timely manner. I also don’t seem to be the only person having this issue currently in my building, which is why I’m pretty sure it’s on their end.

Exceptional Service
I like the convince of on site laundry. And I appreciate how quickly they come out for repairs and refunds
No cards will work
None of my debit cards worked and when I called to see if I could get it fixed - the lady hung up on me .
Refused to refund credits
We went on vacation and had to use the washer and dryers at the condo we stayed in it was $1.75 per load. I put $10 credit in the app used that completely. I only needed 50 cents to finish my last load in the dryer but could put anything less than $10 minimum credit in the app. Once I was finished I asked for a refund of the $9.50 because I will not need to use them again. They declined my request. I have now sent a second request for a refund. Now reading some of the reviews I now know they will not refund unless it’s a machine error. They need to put in the app that they will not make a refund for unused credits. Please do not use this app or company.

App has been down for days with no updates.
This review is entirely because The clean Cash App has been down for almost an entire week preventing me from doing any laundry at my apartment complex. After calling them they said there is no ETA on when it will be back up.
When functional, this app is actually not too bad. The UI is simple and easy to use and it does its job well. But being down this long with no update is insane and I can’t help but imagine this is because it primarily impacts lower income people.

Can’t reload money
Has an error message every time you try to load money. It charges your bank account but doesn’t load money and then your bank refunds you. Tried 2 different cards and two different accounts. I’ve been using this app for a year and now it doesn’t work anymore.
Trashy rip off
If you are going to con people, at least have an app that works. Minimum increments of 10 dollars with no refund. Confusing verification by email and sms. You have to register your credit card. I hate everything about this app. Never could get it to create an account and fill my cash balance. Saved ten dollars on 5 dollars worth of laundry.

Problems
I used this app before and it was very glitchy but it worked. I recently logged in again to use my account and it would not let me use my credit card on file. I lost my card and want to switch my payment method but every single time I press “edit credit card” it shows me that I have “no internet connection” which is false because my whole area has really good WiFi. I’m trying to get clues or help and no one seems to know anything. This app and the servicing laundry units are a complete bust

New update took away ability to add money in $5 increments, extremely predatory UI for a necessary in everyones lives. App frequently breaks and takes your money with awful and slow support from company. Jackals, would give 0 stars if i could

Bring back custom reload amounts
My laundry costs $1.75 per load, or $3.50 to wash and dry my laundry. Only being able to reload my card in $10 increments means that my account balance is never going to be divisible by $3.50.

The new update of the the app is just really really good. Feels super futuristic and powerful. Love you caldwell and gregory-AB
Could use an upgrade
With this app, it would be nice to see what washers and dryers are available. However it doesn’t show that. We have 2 laundry rooms and the only way to know if the washers and dryers are available is by going to to the washroom. Also I don’t know who responsibility it is to keep the area clean but the washers and dryers are dirty all the time. Maybe that should be in the contract with you to keep the area clean. The dryers have had issues previously on taking my money that I have yet to receive back.

Great Service
This service is so clean and efficient compared to the previous way of adding money to the running of the machines and the ability to remotely see which mavhines are being used is so nice.
