Works but no info autofill
Most apps out there where you have to enter your name or your address or credit card have auto fill set on. It’s very easy quick and fast to add your card.
Every time I use this app, however, I have to add my card. And every time I’ve used it there’s no auto fill.
Even better would be to accept Apple Pay, why not just make it easy and quick.

No Rewards
I’ve been using the laundry facility since it opened and spent 100’s of dollars. I’ve never received any free washes. I’ve emailed with no response. It’s very disappointing that they false advertised this program.
Good App but Inconvenient in many ways
The app is useless if a machine is offline. If you load up all your clothes in to the washer or dryer and then try to pay, only to find out the machine is offline, it’s extremely frustrating to have to find another machine. The dryer cycle can only be loaded in increments which is a ridiculous flaw. You have to stand there and keep loading it in increments of 8 in the slow process until you reach your desired time. The app has no way to preselect your minutes and pay for the dryer in one go.
If you have to keep the card with you as a backup for when things go wrong, it really means the app is not a substitute for the card.

One less thing to worry about when doing laundry!
This app is very convenient! I’m guilty of buying new cards often because I either misplace or lose them. However, it’s just a little delay getting use to if it’s your first time.
