Best mindfulness app out there

I was suffering from burnout from work whilst dealing with emotional trauma from my past, falling into addiction to stimulant to multitask, giving out high performance everyday at work and at my postgrad study. This app had complemented my recovery out of burnout and dealing with emotional trauma from my family, relationship and workmates. 100% recommend this to anyway, specially high performers

Doesn’t Feel Like a Chore

So many “health and wellbeing” apps feel like a chore. Clearhead doesn’t.

Helpful tools

Clearhead creates action plans of reflection and deeper thoughts while tracking your moods daily with simple questionnaires. This is a good stepping stone and in conjunction with professional help really does assist.

This is a nice app to record how you are feeling and receive some simple feedback to help regulate your emotions and add perspective to your day!

Great app, easy to use

Why? Why? Stop

I was downloading it like normal and I started to use it and I didn’t really like it so I deleted it no big deal right?it kept downloading after I deleted it but it wasn’t working like it was ent fully downloaded yet but even if I could delete it which I could it kept downloading back on and on and on.

Yes was good

Amazing!

Love this app. It made it easy to find a therapist. I really like the Mood Journal and the Tools are really helpful when I need a quick fix.

Thoughtful

Offers great advice for dealing with day to day emotions. Really worth stopping and reflecting on the advice

Not friendly

Is not device agnostic. Assumes you are signing in for the first time even if alrrady done the work. Not great. Akso when questioning feelins and causes, if you add your own comment which may be just an adjunct it ignores all the ones already selected. If only one response is requiree make it clear

Amazing App

Such an incredible app, easy to do journaling and intuitive. Glad I found it and will try and use it everyday from now one.

Best mental health support app

I have tried the others, this is the best in my experience. I liked using the chat function to help find tailored solutions for me, it eased me into the idea of live therapy. The messaging didn’t feel generic or impersonal but was warm and encouraging. I truly feel this company cares about my mental health.
