Someone has been sending me money for a while in order for me to help them sort some things over here because they a higher amount they flagged my account and they asked me to send contract agreement and a chat between me and the person and I told them there is no contract between friends and they disabled my account and it’s already over a month now they still did not refund the $800 to the person and they disabled my account they are scammers do not use

Failed system
Imagine paying 3$ to get my card and after successfully debiting me they’ve resumed to process my card I’ve reached out to they’re failed customer support on the app and no response ,on gmail they keep saying they’ll look Int it but I can’t trust that as well,because they said on the customer support system in the app that they’ll be in touch with me in 30 minutes but nothing ,up until now my card creation is still showing pending dir over 5 hours,u recommended not downloading and his app to begin with there’s so many other alternatives to use my people

They’ll refund your usa payment
Do not download this app, they not supporting any payment from USA virtual account, even though you send from a business merchant, they’ll refund it and cancel it, if though you linked it through Ach and they’ll already received a token, and you initiated a transaction, they’ll decline it. They are very useless app. Beware

Absolute worst experience. I sent ₦17,000 to fund a virtual card for a purchase. Not only did the card not work, but between the 3 card creation fee and their outrageous exchange rates (charging ₦1,440/, but refunding much lower), I lost almost ₦5,000 just trying to get my own money back. They also force you to keep a $1.00 minimum balance on the card that you can’t withdraw easily. If you want to keep your money, stay away from this app. Their "convenience" is just a trap for fees. Do NOT download this app.

The best app for receiving USD in Nigeria
Like WTH, compared to Geegpay which I was using previously, Cleva is no doubt an absolute wonder. Two words summarizes them - Speed and Support 💜!
Reliable service
As a freelancer, I will say this is the best app to use together with PayPal, link paypal to it, receive money in PayPal, to Cleva then to your bank. Easy👍🏾
Account Disabled & Funds Not Returned
An incoming USD payment to my account was rejected, and shortly after, my account was disabled without clear explanation. The sender has not received their money back, and I have not been given a clear update despite contacting support. This situation is very frustrating and concerning. Holding my payment for 3 months now
I can’t give all the 5 stars because Cleva has hold my money for like 3months now and they are yet to release it and give me excuses upon excuses and they stop replying me and I have know Cleva more than a year now they are among the truthful platform but I don’t know what is wrong now even though I told them that the money is for my health but they choose to ignored and don’t bother to look my feelings, they don’t have human feelings and this is unfair, I beg them with everything but they rather keep mute. Stop Forcing Updates
Enough of the Forced updates on users, this is not a gaming or social media app, it is supposed to be close to a bank app, there is always an imposing update notification almost everytime I open the app to do something, updating app should be at users wish. it is annoying an update almost every week if not twice a week Haba
