Poor user experience
When it works it’s great, but if you’re in the middle of a search and go to another app it’s reverted to the homepage when you return to Click! Doesn’t do split rail fares, so fares are typically significantly more expensive than the Trainline
No longer worked
The app no longer seems to function since the latest iOS update. All I get is a blank screen.

Since the latest update the app no longer works on my iPhone. Staff are no help either.
Just clunky - see Trainline for something that works on the go
As with most things to do with Clicktravel, this is a dated product which is primarily aimed at cost capture instead of including features which help the traveller on the go. So frustrating, cluttered with bots and banners which cloud the screen and make it more difficult to book tickets. What is the point of adding time features for bookings if you then have to scroll through every train to get to the one you want! I mean, really?

Nice app, but does not work filling recent update
I really liked this app, however sadly since the last update it no longer works.

My App has stopped working!
Not sure why but the app suddenly stopped working with my IPhone on the latest software.
It’s also annoying I can only book one thing at a time when it is working. Fingers crossed for split rail tickets.

Book another item?
I can’t book another trip when there is one already showing on the home page. Where is the book another trip / stay button?
Only good if you’re a traveller
This app is only good if you are the names traveller , I’d love to see a click travel app for bookers.
It was ok but now useless!
What on earth did you do through the update; you can no longer book more than one trip via the app. How useless is that! Does someone not check app changes to make sure they’re actually sensible. Terrible guys
Lost ability to book via the App
I’ve been using the click travel app for about 8 months now without issue. It’s not the most polished of apps, but it works…..or should I say works.
There seems to have been an update and now you can only “manage” your booking. You can’t book anything new. This has to be done from your computer instead.
I cannot understand why!? As a travelling professional, booking via the app is a must.
Please fix it ASAP

Only allows you to book one journey
Not sure if purposeful or bug; but I only seem able to book one journey using the app. Once a booking shows on the app homepage, the option to book further travel disappears.
