If I could give it 0 stars I would do that. Half the time it doesn't work until I sign in to it on my laptop. So glad that my company has plans to dump it Q1 of '26.

It crashes every time I try to open it…states “server unavailable at this time” I have to delete the app off my phone and redownload it every day to get it to work.
Efficiency?
This has been absolutely terrible at routing and being efficient since it was implemented. Inimaginable how this program still exist.
Broken, Frustrating, and Inefficient
This app is a disaster. It is riddled with glitches, loses data, and has crippled my ability to close jobs effectively. Instead of aiding productivity, it creates frustration and lost time. I’d advise any business to avoid this app developer at all costs until major improvements are made.
Gutter trash
It has been the displeasure of using this app for work over the past 13 months. It is slow, unresponsive and unintuitive. Whoever decided to make an audio notification that you cannot turn off should be fired and never allowed to look at a computer screen again. The app destroys your phones battery life. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy and am glad to be returning to my old system. Good riddance and to any poor souls that have to use this app, may god have mercy on your soul 🫡.

The app really drains the battery when running in the background, you must always remember to force close the app to prevent this. Which is inconvenient.
A detrimental app to my work flow
This app actually makes my day more difficult. It’s extremely buggy, ruins my battery life, and hinders my work flow. If your company bought services from this app, they made a mistake.
Considerably slows work efficiency
The app is not user friendly, it’s lack of dark mode makes it very hard to work with on night shift as the app is bright white and blue. The app continuously loses data, even after pressing save, requiring you to input all the data again. This app has considerably slowed my efficiency at work. Photos are often missing when the work order has been sent back. The continuous ‘assignment updated’ voice every time you click save becomes extremely distracting. Overall, a horrific app that’s full of issues that has slowed my work and causes headaches.

Dumb app
This app has to be the slowest, least optimized app. The data is always slow to load, the app signs me out every time I open another app. It constantly crashes.
Hot garbage
My time doesn’t roll over to my timesheet. Doesn’t work half the time. Major pain to use. Worse program ever invented

Completely agree with the previous comments about the audio issue when using car play. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!!
Carplay audio issue
When connected to Carplay with the app active or in the background, any audio generated by the app (eg "assignment updated") stops any other playing audio. Rather, you should either be able to mute audio notifications or mix it with whatever is currently playing
