Very unhappy the way, Clipboard is starting to move, now Clipboard wants to start tracking your every move, there isn’t even an acknowledgment form, trying to get a hold of Homehealth takes 24 hours and sometimes there are no call backs regarding issues. Something needs to get fixed here now my payments are late and my bills are behind.

The pay is extremely low for me but others see high rates I got 29yrs experience every time I reach out they tell me it’s generated and I I build a relationship with certain facilities and I can’t even pick up shifts because y’all lower the rate but give another Med Tech higher rate going into the same place I’ve been with you years and my score is very high. I had to cancel my first shift recently due to the pay decrease. I wasn’t aware of at Lake Morton Senior. When I was promised 34 an hour and up from two of your tech and a facility. Every time you reach out to me now for work I tell him I can’t the pay is too low at 28 for the workload I had filed complaints reached out. Nothing has been done. There’s no way that I’m seeing rates. of a brand new Cna instead of a Cna experience very disappointed it never used to be like that in one of your tech told me why I just don’t take a job there pretty much letting me know y’all willing to lose Lake Morton senior if I take a job! Pay rates are to low for workers to be going into these facilities receiving the hardest assignments.
cancellation policy
Unrealistic cancellation policy scoring system is not comparable to other apps the amount of points deducted for cancellations after things are mistakenly booked in the same hour is ridiculous

I have been working with Clipboard since 2022 and they have kept me very busy. They are also a very responsive and reliable agency. Sometimes some work places treat agency staff like trash, I wish Clipboard could do a little bit more in making sure some workplaces do better. Eg. some work places do not have dedicated work places for Nurses.

Unfair policies and zero respect for workers
Working for Clipboard Health has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Their point system is heavily stacked against workers. You only earn around 5 points for completing an entire shift, but if you are just 5 to 10 minutes late, they dock 15 to 30 points. Even worse, if you need to cancel a shift even 3 to 4 hours in advance they take away 80 to 90 points. It treats workers like objects rather than human beings who have real-life emergencies.
To make matters worse, the double standard is absurd: facilities can cancel your shift at the last minute without any penalty or meaningful compensation for your wasted time, while you are heavily punished for the same thing.
If you're looking for a better platform, save yourself the stress and check out Bravo Care at bravocare.com. They don't have an app in the App Store, but their website process is smooth, they treat you like an adult, and they don't use a punitive point system to control workers.

Penalties
The workers are held to a much higher standard than the work places. These places will constantly cancel shifts right before the payment mark comes and you will be left without a shift and without payment. However if you were to cancel a shift at the last minute they’ll basically shadow ban you. They’ll make it to a point where it’s impossible to get a shift worth working. Also consistently allowing these places to underpay no one wants to work a 8 hour shift taking care you people no breaks for $16

Low pay low amount of shift choices.
The amount of shift choices for RNs is not good. The pay is also very low. I make more money as a staff member. It’s certainly not what it used to be. Not even close.
Decided to forget how to do verification or a cheap company broke their app
They took the lazy way or cheap way out and broke their verification system it’s incompetence likely because they chose ai and bad code so you can’t sign up. Lesson to developers don’t cheap out and you really don’t need all this it actually usually backfired into a lawsuit when the company you chose leaks data. Use a known background check provider not this fancy trying to be cool stuff that frequently has issues. Checkr isn’t the best but it works usually. Selfie stuff actually gets companies lawsuits and makes it easier for scammers not harder ironically. Because the system favors it over actually checking (go figure )

I haven’t picked up any shift. In a while with you. I cancelled a shift last minute n due to realizing it wouldn’t be smart for me to work while sick. I was told my account would be restricted after 7 days now I’m told I can’t use my account at all. They don’t care about their workers
