Rates

Rates are extremely low for CNAs considering the workload we are given at facilities

RN review

Pay lower than working a regular job. Excessive text message to threaten to cancel your shift. Not too many shifts for RN. Quality of company and pay decreased over the past 2 years

Cna

I understand if I book a shift I can be anywhere be anywhere in the facility! But when you go to scheduler and ask do you need help she said yes I told her I would work with hope on 100 if she can do that and if she can’t I don’t want to work that’s what I like is getting to decide when you work! And when your told yes you will be with hope in 100 to walk in and not be where you are told you will be and she seen me several times yesterday she could have told me sorry you want be with hope I don’t work for people that lie!

Intuitive app

Easiest app to use. Instant pay is really instant!

Pay

I don’t understand Clipboard and why the pay is so low nobody is working for no 15 16 $17. You guys gotta do better with your pay. CNA is a hard job and a lot of work. I will no longer be using Clipboard. The pay is extremely low and disrespectful.

Frequent App issues

The app is frequently having issues. It's not very reliable, especially when you're at a job site and the app cannot verify that you are indeed inside the building. Then you lose your +5 points for now being late because the app was having issues.

Then another issue I kept having was the filter to find shifts will not stay set. Right now, it keeps showing me shifts that are 150 miles away when I've tried multiple times for multiple days to only set it to 100 miles.

app constantly failing

the app logs me out daily and often my location doesn’t appear correctly

App glitches

Its a nice App to get some shifts and they are really lovely and understanding but the app it self lags and sign me out frequently.

CNA

I love Clipboard I’ve been enjoying it for a minute BUT The only thing I don’t like with them is the POINTS SYSTEM That sucks where someone will loose so many points and earn less. Honestly I feel like clipboard management needs to think more how to fix this. Let’s give an example canceling seek before 72 hours you still loose points, Show up late even 5 min. Late you don’t earn any points and Things happen as long as Somebody’s on this world ⁉️✅

Always find work

Time clock issues

My app freezes up a lot when I’m at a facility to clock in and out

Lately this app is just worst than Allshift.

Good App but nurse pay and flexibility could be better

Overall, Clipboard is a good app and very easy to navigate and use. I like being able to find and pick up shifts conveniently, but I do think there are a few areas that could be improved.

I wish Clipboard offered better rates for nurses. At times, the pay feels like a lowball compared to other staffing apps. It would be great if nurses had the ability to bid on shifts or negotiate rates, similar to ShiftKey, so nurses could have more control over what they are willing to accept.

I also wish there were more facilities and shifts available, especially in different areas. Having more options would make the app much more useful for nurses looking for consistent work.

Another area I think could be improved is the point system for canceling shifts. Emergencies and unexpected situations do happen. I think the number of points deducted should depend on the reason and circumstances surrounding the cancellation, rather than treating every cancellation the same. There should be some flexibility for legitimate emergencies.

Overall, I like Clipboard and think it has a lot of potential. With better pay, more facilities/shifts, the ability to bid on shifts, and a more flexible cancellation policy, I think Clipboard could be a much stronger platform for nurses.

Clipboard saves my busy life

I’ve been with Clipboard for four years. They accommodate my hectic day to day life. I travel from California to Nevada quite frequently and need to make money every day. Thank you Clipboard

App

A bunch of things I think can be changed but it’s a helpful app .

Day shift is extra rough for an RN here

Was on the busiest hall and also had 5 extra pts on another hall plus covered LPNs IV ATBs. Multiple residents on IV ATB including your own residents. The LPN was literally chillin while I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Also tons of respiratory isolation right now and staff are wearing masks bc of it. It was ridiculously busy, like passing morning meds after noon kind of busy. But I gave 3 stars for friendly and helpful staff, easy going residents, and there was a wound care nurse who completed my TAR. There is absolutely NO way in I would’ve had time to do any treatments and she knew it. Tasha (ADON I believe) was also very helpful as well.

Pay went down

What’s going on? The pay went down underpaid and understaffed when the facility has agency workers in the building is not cool

CNA

The rates are horrible you can get dnr for nothing and clipboard doesn’t back you up

Wish it got better

Clipboard use to be great a couple years ago but it has gone down drastically. Point system is awful .
