This app needs to be fixed ASAP. There is no way you expect someone to keep updating their ETA and they are trying to drive that is extremely dangerous. Y’all need to fix that.
Why do i have to show you my exact location to even get on the app? I think its odd that in order to even access the app, you have to give them permission to know your exact location. And not “while on app”, you have to select that they “Always” have access to your location. I think thats bully behavior by a tech company that has nothing to do with nursing whats so ever.

The app is nice in theory but my first two shifts I picked up on the app were both cancelled. It makes me not even want to use the app anymore and I haven’t.
Does not show nearby work. Only 50+ miles for $18. Please F off
Nope. Won’t even let me write a review!!!!
I had to drive through freezing fog in the country and they suspended me showing up late. Their reason was that it was a weather alert and a not severe weather alert. You can’t see through freezing fog. They wanted me to crash my car and I already risked my life trying to work for them. Their pointe system is horrible and always leads to a suspension.

I’ve noticed over the last several months this agency only has shifts available from facilities that cancel 99% of the shifts they post. They really need to get with some new facilities or they’re going to lose a lot of workers. People need to make money and it’s hard to do if 99% of the shifts you pick up get canceled. The point system sucks too.

I can honestly say nothing good about clipboard anymore after repeating incidents I would not recommend clipboard to anyone ever, when it come to real life problems if you cancel or call out even once they completely ban for an extended amount of time but let a facility cancel your shift as many times as they want and not pay you anything there are no repercussions AT ALL for facilities, facilities can get you banned for false accusations and more stuff, and the pay for CNA and even nurses isn’t worth it. THIS APP IS A JOKE PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME.

I have tried a dozen times to upload my drivers license and selfie into the app. I have been kicked out. I have done all the troubleshooting and spoke to customer support without resolve. I would not recommend clipboard to any professional.
I’ve been using Clipboard Health for about four years, and while it offers a huge variety of facilities and the ability to review them is really valuable, I’ve had some serious problems. One time, I drove 1.5 hours to a shift, was DNR’d on arrival due to truthful documentation from previous shift and the facility even pressured me to lie, putting my license at risk. In another instance, after Clipboard stopped using paper timesheets, I worked an urgent shift, but the facility’s clock system failed, and now four days later, I still haven’t been paid. On top of that, some facilities post tons of shifts, then cancel them, leaving you no chance to pick up other work. And their attendance points system is unfair—if I cancel with plenty of notice, I still lose 25 points, but when facilities cancel, they never get penalized. Clipboard really needs to audit these facilities, enforce accountability, and ensure we get fair treatment—this is putting us at real risk. It seems like the CBH cater more to the facilities than to healthcare workers. Another major issue is Clipboard’s clock-out policy. The app expects nurses to clock out exactly at the scheduled end of the shift unless a shift extension is approved. This doesn’t reflect the reality of nursing. We often have to stay beyond our scheduled time to wait for the oncoming nurse, give a safe and thorough report, count narcotics, complete unfinished documentation, and address last-minute resident needs or unexpected events. These are essential patient safety responsibilities, not optional tasks. Requiring approval just to be paid for the time spent completing mandatory duties places nurses in an unfair position and discourages proper handoff and documentation. Clipboard should implement a more realistic and nurse-friendly policy that recognizes the responsibilities required at the end of every shift.

I don’t like the new layout with the block shifts and how you have to scroll down to see today’s availability.. pls put it back how it use to be. Also the pay going down is not satisfying either. But I can’t control that. I just work less for this app now.
You cant support if you’re locked out the app but yet they tell you to go through the app duh. The app automatically logs you out after a while and then you have trouble getting back in. For me the phone the app is on cannot receive text so I’ve been using email and the link sent to my email, now I can’t even do that because it keeps giving me an error about authenticating my login credentials. I have current shifts coming up and have tried everything and nothing helps! I can’t even get in to pick up other shifts. Wth This app was a QUICK make and still needs work! Also, they take entirely too many points even canceling days away. It’s always something with this app. FIX MY ACCOUNT ASAP!

I use to really love clip board. The connivence, the pay. Well now the pay absolutely sucks even though the app is still convenient, we get sent into some of the most disgusting places and clipboard doesn’t really protect their workers from unfair treatment in these facilities by staff. I hardly use the app anymore now. No point in working like a Hebrew slave for coins only to be treated like a slave by staff members.

Use to be a reliable source of income. Now is just a source of inconvenience.

This app is so glitchy. It doesn’t allow you to scroll or click next to sign documents, it constantly buffers and closes. It’s a very flawed app. These issues need to be fixed
I’ve experienced a lot with these facilities worked via clipboard. It’s slightly upsetting, but not unheard of that these facilities and apps take advantage of those that look for extra work. In my personal experience, I caught COVID and realistically you can’t/shouldn’t work around individuals when you have positive results, especially when you offer proof readily available. I explained this to clipboard back in February 2026 and I was granted an exception the gag is you only get 1 exception in a year period. So, when I had to drop a different shift maybe like an hour before start time it dropped my account to -10 and then restricted my account for an entire year. Keep in mind for every 8 hour shift you work you only gain +10 points, but if you drop a shift you lose 2.5x the amount you would gain & that’s IF you drop within their time period if not it’s more points lost. It doesn’t make sense. So take it from me these facilities will put you in ratios that are unsafe, you can tell them that you’re uncomfortable and that you’ve been exposure to “X,Y,Z” have DONs of these facilities threaten you with job abandonment when it is in fact the complete opposite and then some. Only to have the most minimal processes in place to protect the PEOPLE that pick up to assist these facilities that utilize your platforms. It’s ridiculous I’m not gonna lie so just something to keep in mind.

I am a very experienced registered nurse of 10 years. I have excellent job history have never been fired and have an unencumbered license. No complaints ever. However, I was fired after a month of working with Clipboard. And they would not tell me why. This was not my first rodeo with agencies. I have work as an agency nurse for the last six years. And work with four other app based agencies with an excellent track record.

I work for a few different nursing agencies & this is cancels at the last minute the most. They allow facilities to cancel you last minute & not pay you. That’s crazy. But I can get restricted for 7 days if I cancel last minute?! This is my income. If I’m expected to show up on time or not cancel last minute, these facilities should be held to the same standard. It doesn’t even pay that well in comparison to other agencies. Honestly it’s not worth it.

I was a victim of racism at one of the facilities I went to and clipboard sided with the facility and deactivated my account..
