Please stop logging me out
There isn’t data reception at all stops, so I can’t log in and use the app to buy the ride, if you log me out. It feels like every day. Please increase session limits. Please.

Why must the entire bus know that I have a low balance? Seems like an invasion of my privacy. The app tells me my balance Everytime I go to use my digital card. That’s enough.

They could not have made it more difficult to transfer to a new card.
Confusing at best
Cannot buy card in the app. Went online to buy and didn’t say it will ship the card ! So already money and now it says it’ll ship the card !! They Do not say anywhere how to use or how to buy etc. extremely confusing to understand.
Trash garbage
This app doesn’t work. Constantly logs you out. Cannot even add money onto your card. Always error and failed messages. What are we even paying for? Absolutely ridiculous

Didn’t work when I needed it!
Wanted to ride the light rail to a concert a couple of weeks ago but since I didn’t live there I couldn’t open an account to plan out my trip because I didn’t have local zip code. I tried to sign on as a guest and it wouldn’t do it that way either. So very frustrating.
A frustrating experience for my daily commute and it’s getting worse
I was forced to use this app when the tagger machine no longer shows how much money left on my card. The login doesn’t work and when I tried to reset the password o also didn’t receive any email. I tagged on the machine and it charged me refusing to give me refund even though I didn’t take the train. The clipper system just makes my commute worse.

They charged me 7.55$ 2 times in a row when it’s supposed to be 3.55$ cents..
Stole my money
This app stole my money when I switched from a physical card to a digital. It never transferred the $20 I had on it. Yet the physical card was disabled, so I cannot use it any more.

This app REQUIRES you to log in to use even the trip tool -why?
Trip directions are NOT updated with real-time conditions, making it worse than useless. It doesn’t even publish ridership alerts about known delays or detours.

Constant errors, sloooow updates
Frequently gives an error message tagging on. Takes hours to update, so there’s no usable record of tag on. Worst app on my phone.
Unusable
You can’t even plan a trip on TS. If you made this easier to use or if it was actually functional maybe more people would use it?
Inconsistent and tiresome
Often has issues actually filling card. Also very shouting having to say no to the same question every single time I log in. Do YOU want enable push notification? No I didn’t think so.
