Niche product. Expensive filters.
Water tastes good. Filters need to get replaced annually for $200. We’re right at 580 gallons. The product itself doesn’t actually measure contaminants, just grabs local data from public water systems. They measure the total dissolved solids before and after. It’s better off getting a 2 stage entire house system than replacing the filters + battery for this thing yearly.

Smoke and mirrors
Unit is sleek and tech is alluring, but there is a large amount of inconsistencies in the tech. Nothing syncs, or is accurate. Says I need to replace the battery, but when I go into the details it says it’s good for another year, yet our water smells like sulfur.

App name not good
You guys need to change the name of your app. “Cloud” is way to vague and I’ll never find it. Cloud RO? Cloud Water?
App is not working
Hello we just installed the system and downloaded the app however when we enter the email, the screen stays a dark blue. How do we resolve?
