Niche product. Expensive filters.
Water tastes good. Filters need to get replaced annually for $200. We’re right at 580 gallons. The product itself doesn’t actually measure contaminants, just grabs local data from public water systems. They measure the total dissolved solids before and after. It’s better off getting a 2 stage entire house system than replacing the filters + battery for this thing yearly.

Smoke and mirrors
Unit is sleek and tech is alluring, but there is a large amount of inconsistencies in the tech. Nothing syncs, or is accurate. Says I need to replace the battery, but when I go into the details it says it’s good for another year, yet our water smells like sulfur.

App name not good
You guys need to change the name of your app. “Cloud” is way to vague and I’ll never find it. Cloud RO? Cloud Water?
App is not working
Hello we just installed the system and downloaded the app however when we enter the email, the screen stays a dark blue. How do we resolve?

Can not connect to application if your purchase this RO filter through Amazon. Will adjust review once they get this issue sorted. Super bummed currently.

I love is product. I never knew what my system was doing or the condition of my filters. Just by looking at the app, Now I know my filters are clean and when they need changing. A dirty filter can be worse than having none at all so now Im confident the water I’m drinking is 100% clean. Installation was super easy and everything worked just fine right off the bat.

Shows my water quality in real time
The app is really cool - it shows me real time quality of my water, whether everything is running as expected, and the status of my filters. I really like it compared to other smart devices I own, like air purifiers, because other ones don’t have a lot of real time useful information that instills confidence... or they simply don’t work. The Cloud app worked right away and the second I turned on my drinking faucet the app showed me the water was running! Not that it’s super useful information, but gave me the trust the sensors are working as expected and information reflected is real time. The device also measures all the solids in your water before being filtered, after the water is filtered, and after remineralization. This filter gives me so much trust that the water my family drinks is safe and healthy. Also, the water itself is seriously tasty and smooooth. Very pleased!
