Poor user experience
No Apple Pay integration, does not remember cc info. Allowed me to order while the business was closed that day.
Verification code NEVER works.
Thanks for wasting 1 hour of my life clover.
App is awful
Even with the “new UI”, this app is buggy.
Even after putting in my number or email, the MFA codes never work, and I keep getting “incorrect passcode” even when it is sent to my number.
Sometimes I can log in, but half the time I can’t.
If this issue is fixed, I might give a better review. Seeing as this is my second review, so far the issues remain.
Update: 7/13/26 App still sends multiple MFA codes at once; none work, and the app crashes and freezes!
If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Bad Function
The app was originally pretty good and easy to use. After the update, you can’t use apple pay, the menu is huge on your screen with no way to shrink it down, and the pay button never loads when you press it. What’s the point of an online ordering app if it doesn’t work?
No Apple Pay or Live Activity
Very disappointed that the app no longer has Apple Pay and as well there is no live activity on the screen to show you the progress and time of your food and when your food will be ready or no text when it’s done when you order on the app.
Your app isn’t working properly
For starters, the Oarhouse is no longer an active business and the owners of Megs Beachwood has moved to the Oarhouse location but for some reason it isnt showing this on your app. See what you can do to change this.
Bad customer service
Terrible customer service. Extremely long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and no real solutions. Every call was frustrating, and no one seemed to care about resolving the issue. I expected much better from a company that businesses depend on.

Can't place order cause it says fill out required fields but they're all filled!!!!!!!

Doesn’t notify you when food is ready. Great way for it to go cold!
Can’t use it for most businesses listed
This app is practically useless. You can’t online order from most of the business listed. Even the restaurants that say “order online” when you try to actually order food, it tells you that the business “is not accepting online orders at this time.” Then there are restaurants that say “$10 off” but when you click the restaurant, there is no order online, no coupon or coupon code, and all you can do is check-in. And let’s talk about check-ins, the App automatically checks you in at any registered business you happen to be near. And even though they make it look like you can turn that option off, when you actually try, it won’t turn off. As far as I can tell, the only reason a business would register with this app is to track which local business potential customers check-in at. I cannot see any value to this app as a customer.

New update should be reverted
I’m sure it’s more secure on the back end, but the user experience is much worse. Restore the “order it again” button on the Home Screen, and make it easier to edit items already in your cart.
Almost perfect
I love this app and how easy it is to use! I’m just BEGGING for a way to access delivery tracking after the initial order page refreshes. Once it navigates away, there’s no way to get that delivery tracking map again, it would be nice if it remained on the order history the same way you can click to see the receipt.

The 5.5.6 UI Update is horrible
The 5.5.6 Ui update is horrible. I can’t see my number of visits to my coffee shop. I have to go to two screens to see what used to see in one. (eg check in and reward status). Did you talk to users or just redesign it without input? Feel free to reach out.

Updated the app and my payment is gone screwing up my points at absolutely the wrong time.

Upgrade is not user friendly
