Not even a 3 star app
This app is riddled with bugs, broken order flows, endless login and signout loops, etc. Is a pain to use and is visually unpleasant and unintuitive. Does annoying stuff like scrolls back to the top of the menu every time after you add an item to your cart. Not a 4.9 star app like the fake reviews would suggest. Not even a 4 or 3 star app. I give it 2 stars max because it barely works but still gets my order through eventually.

Scam company
They let you order from restaurants that are closed.. then tell you there are no refunds or cancellations. They basically steal your money.

I’m sure clover is a good company, but their app and website are really bad.
never seems to work
processing payment always fails, online and in app, apple pay, typing in card number, nothing ever works. other pos systems work just fine

It asks for phone number and then email address and then right back to phone number. It’s like an IQ test for a moron. IT people have no common sense.

This app was really good until a couple of updates ago when they added captcha. If I am paying Apple Pay and I double click my phone that’s proof enough that I am a human and not a computer. Once captcha is removed like it used to be, I will give a higher rating until then it’s barely a one star.

Unable To Login
Add it to the pile. I attempted to sign-up via email and got sent a verification email. This took me to a dead link with a nonexistent QR code. Attempting to click “Customer Help” in the corner of this page takes you to another dead page, this time on Google Drive.

For some reason, they don’t have paze as a payment option in the app, but do support it online. The app is way more convenient to use. I would use it more if it had that option.
cannot log in
so unreliable. cannot log in and keeps saying phone code is wrong when it is clearly correct. Email method doesnt work either. Joke of an app.
Useless App
All I can do on this app is look at the menu. I can’t order anything. I have to go to clovers desktop website and I can order from there. So pointless
Used to work well enough
It was always a drag that if I wasn’t right next to the place I order from, the app couldn’t find it. Sometimes I’m at work and want to place an order to be ready when I drive by on the way home. But nope, it can only find places “near me” using my location info RIGHT NOW.
The redesign and bug fixes have rendered the app entirely nonfunctional for me. I can’t log in with either my email or phone number and the error message doesn’t say anything useful, just “something went wrong!” No kidding.
I’m sure my local teriyaki place is thrilled that their ordering platform is broken.

App is broken and can’t get help
Im unable to get help as i need to log in to be able to email support. But my issue is I can’t log in. Tried to reset password and not getting email
I’m somehow logged into the app but to contact support it takes you to website
Have issues getting points for purchases at restaurants.
One place never has code on receipt and doesn’t give points when I log into the device in the store. Unfortunately this is clover issue so there is nothing they can do. I know I’m not the only person having that issue as someone else at the store mentioned she hasn’t recieved her points in a while as well.

Terrible app
How do you charge someone but tell them their card is declined and not give them the 10% discount you advertised online? Ask Clover. Waste of an app, restaurants DO NOT USE THIS. All these reviews are bots lol.
Can’t Login
The app won’t let me login after getting a new phone. It keeps switching between asking for my phone number and email without processing either one. It’s currently useless!
Awful Update
I can’t even order since this update. I only have the option to check in and can’t see the menu’s for any of the restaurants available in my area.
