Terrible app
This is the worst app I have ever used. The map is completely wrong and tells the drivers to pick my daughter up behind our house on a street that isn’t even our street. To make it even worse, lately the app doesn’t even allow us to see where the driver is or when they are close to our house.
Solved the confirmation code problem
You need to call Clovis round up to ask for a confirmation and they should be able to help you out with no issues. No I haven’t had any issues for a while. Very reliable transportation, Love it a lot! 😊👍

Not sending the confirmation code to my phone #
I use Clovis transit round up all the time on the app and I prefer using the app, but recently with this new update it told me to log back with to my account with my phone number via confirmation code. But when I wait for the code it never shows up on my text messages, I even tried to let the app call my phone but I never receive a call at all. Please please PLEASE fix this feature so I can use the app again as I rely a lot on the app more.
