Best thing since sliced bread

👍

Can’t complain..

I have my discrepancies, however, for the value, I can’t complain. How can you complain when- if this weren’t available, I’d be riding the bus or paying an arm and leg for an Uber/Lyft. The hours are fair. The fare, is VERY reasonable. $4 to and from the transit station. $5 flat- to and from anywhere else. As I stated, I literally can’t complain. IF I had ANY complaint, it would be that I’ve paid $10 for a ride a couple times due to the drivers not being permitted to carry change. HOWEVER, due to safety precautions, I COMPLETELY understand. Again, CANT complain. Thank you TCRTA for getting me from Point A to Point B- SAFELY and for a very small nominal fee. 🤗🙏🏼 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Why am I being charged to cancel?

Why am I being charged to cancel when the ride can change by multiple hours I cannot wait that long it should be free to cancel. This irritates me because some people do not have the money to pay the cancellation fee. Someone give me an answer because this is completely unfair and I would like to know why. The drivers are nice but I found out that some drivers cancel rides because they do not want to pick up some people with disabilities like a wheelchair. Because of that I was late to school because my driver picked up someone with a wheelchair when the original driver was supposed to take care of that.

Son’s first time riding a bus ever!

Very dedicated driver his name is David .. specially trying to park by Redwood after a game!! Excellent service I will use this service again!

Charging for cancellations

Your two options now are to either wait until someone can come to get you, even though your ETA can change by up to two hours, or be charged a cancellation fee that is over half of what it costs to book. The arrival times are way too inconsistent to start charging people for cancelling their rides.
