POOR Customer Service
I ordered 2 dresses in one order. The 2nd came after the 14 day return period. The Cust Serv Rep, Erin said they would honor the later delivery date since I needed both to decide which to keep. I sent both back (ordered 2 more) and now they are not refunding me. They have had my return for 7 days now. (2 Day are weekend so I understand that) - But I can not get Cust service to investigate this and see that it is a legite return.

Downloaded the app to buy a dress for the first time and I can’t even checkout. I’ve tried everything, including deleting the app and redownloading. Don’t waste your time.

The music in the app is annoying
It’s incredibly hard to turn off the music in the app, which is annoying. Also, Club L has a high U.S. return cost ($18), so make sure you know your exact size or it’ll cost you a lot.
Automatically cancels orders
I wish I could say this store is great as they have beautiful dresses, however any order you place seems to get automatically canceled and their customer service is not helpful. They said it’s a credit card issue, I’ve tried 2 cards that are both fully loaded and have made sure the billing info is correct yet still the order is automatically canceled. I’ve been talking with a customer service rep of theirs for 12 hrs now and haven’t received any sort of solution.
