A poorly designed app that never works right.
NO COMPASSION OR CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL! All about money only!
I visited 2 times to the local gym at which time I contracted the chicken pox for the second time in my life. THEY HAD NO REGIMENT FOR KEEPING EQUIPMENT CLEAN! I have been charged over $500 for those 2 visit. I appealed to the company this last month explaining my situation and even got a letter from my PCP. The request even went to the GM to see if my health condition that I acquired from the gym could be considered and that some of the $500+ I have been charged could be refunded considering I went TWICE. The said "NO!". Then today they charged me another $26.
I am on a fixed income and what they have taken out of my bank totals 1/3 of my monthly income!

My doctor said it was the worst case she had ever seen. I was getting over a serious health crisis and my doctor thought going to the gym would aid my recovery. I even signed up for a trainer. After contracting the chicken pox from the gym (I didn't go out otherwise) my doctor says that I need to stay in totally now because the chicken pox has compromised my liver and kidney.

FIX THE APP
I can’t seem to log in and whenever I try to have the invitation resent to my email it doesn’t send anything; waste of my money and I’m heavily considering dropping down in my membership
Not great
Difficult to use. Substituting exercises is not intuitive. App consistently causes issues with music (pauses when timer expires).
New QR Codes sign-in inconvenient
The new QR code sign in is incredibly inconvenient. The fact that it’s a different code every time too? So insignificant.
Bring back Apple Wallet!!!
They took away the option to put your card in Apple Wallet. All they have to do is update wallet to use a QR code like airlines. But nope. They just removed features.
This is a trap
Once you subscribe it impossible to unsubscribe and the app is not going to help you at all customer service is absolute buns
Awful customer care
Club 4 has literally the worst customer care. The call line is a fully automated unmanned line that will hang up on you when you ask for a representative. And they will double/triple charge you and have no issues not refunding the problem.

Poorly designed app
I’ve been going to my CLUB4 for years. They’ve made us change to this clunky app that doesn’t show my entrance code. All I need it for is to get in the door and it can’t get that right.
App is very buggy
I was a previous member and came back and I cannot see my barcode for my membership and it also IOS won’t remember or store the password. Very archaic interface for logging in.

I’ve had a membership before and used the app and everything just fine. I’m back and can’t even log into the app and it’s a bit frustrating. Every time I press forgot password/resend invite it, it says to check my internet connection. Why have an app that doesn’t even do anything but piss you off. Cool gym tho

Won’t let me log in
I’ve had a membership for nearly three months now and I still can’t log into this app. Every time I click “forgot password” and enter my email it tells me to check my internet connection. Every. Time. No matter where I am or how my connection is. When I try to reset my password through the website, it never sends the email. I’ve tried every email I have, despite the fact that I know which email I used. All I want at this point is to cancel my subscription because this is insane, but I can’t even do that because I can’t get into the app!
