Awful App
The app only allows me to login via ticket master, so having tickets from elsewhere eg Gigs and Tours, I haven’t been able to access my tickets.
Setting the app up took ages as it kept sending me on a loop to log in and enter password. I’m dreading trying to get into the gig once we’re there - that’s if I can ever get to my tickets! Truly awful.

Seriously stressful experience. Nearly didn’t get into the gig last night as the ticket that had been showing in the app for weeks, and were there throughout the day beforehand, were not there when I got to the ticket barrier. Even though I was signed in, at the arena, the app had signed me out. When I signed in, it wasn’t showing my ticket, but the one I had transferred (through the app) to my teenager several days earlier. The app then got stuck in a log in loop for several minutes. Finally managed to sign in again, but not before having to renew my password and go through all the verification again - and then my ticket showed! After that experience, I would consider avoiding events Co-op Live as the app almost ruined our night.

This is to get you into the coop ecosystem. The app is not required. Use the Ticketmaster app or your android/apple wallet to access the venue

Don’t get this app as it’s about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Slow to load up any on ticketmaster and guarantees you to miss out on tickets.

Wouldn’t even give it one if I could, but alas I need to write this and let the world hear my horrors. I spent over an hour just to access tickets that I bought 4 months ago. The amount of times I had to sign in, verify my email and phone number, change my password (4 times!!), and all those stupid pop ups is outrageous. In no world should ticket master be this demanding-not even government apps ask for this much security. In the end, it will be worth it for my dear love Laufey, but I have no more energy or patience. Laufey,if you see this, I spent that hour out of love but would not do it again. Fix your stupid app u fat chud
update:after logging into my second acc to access tickets bought for my friends, i logged into my main for MY ticket and it’s no longer there-only the ones for my friends which have been transferred. If i don’t see Laufey NO ONE will.

Shocking app. Crashes immediately. Won’t even load. Total waste of time.
Awful, awful app!
I get the idea behind it, but it’s so unneccessary when you could literally use your actual ticketmaster tickets. After I downloaded the app my phone started acting really strange, laggy and freezing. Deleted the app the minute I left the event.
Access of G&T tickets
The app was bad enough accessing Ticketmaster tickets but trying to access tickets NOT bought from Ticketmaster is in a different league. Every time I access the app it only allows me to log into Ticketmaster. Have tried numerous ways including deleting Ticketmaster app, deleting my coop membership and deleting and reinstalling the coop live app with no success. I am waiting to see if my tickets for tonight’s Steriophonics gig arrive this morning otherwise I imagine a long wait at the box office. Why can’t they just sort it out?????

Appalling - why doesn’t it work
Off to a concert with tickets I bought almost 12 months ago. Tickets are in my Apple wallet but being told you need them on this “special” app to get in. Cannot get them to show in the co op app. Absolutely useless. Cannot get to talk to anyone about it. Who on earth thought this was a good idea clearly never intended for anyone to attend an event ever again! Slow clap …

Makes no sense
Kings of Leon tickets went on presale this morning, why on earth can’t you buy tickets off the venues app? No you have to download the coop membership app. Beyond frustrating

Why do I need to make everyone I’m with download the app and mess about transferring the tickets. I should be able to just use my phone and app. Last time going co op.
Terrible, pointless app - dont bother
Absolutely no need whatsoever to use this app. Just download the tickets from Ticketmaster to your wallet. I had 3 tickets originally and transferred 2 to someone else, the co op app ONLY shows the 2 tickets that have been transferred and accepted by my friend, not my own ticket which is the only one available in my Ticketmaster app. Waste of time, doesn’t work and completely unnecessary.

I haven’t had any issues and it seems like a pretty basic, easy to use app if your head is screwed on.
Horrible
Bought tickets on Ticketmaster app which works at every other venue in the world. But coop live requires a seperate app which doesn’t link the tickets, forced to change password for my Ticketmaster account, had literally 7 pop ups wanting access to all my app, even to add a hotspot WiFi network, literally everything apart from my tickets - will not be going to anymore events here
