I purchased 3hours program. But i couldn’t use it because the bicycle were already being used by people. It was at the parking place so I didn’t know.

App crashes and does not even launch
Pretty bad - I can’t even open the app. Also I saw on a friend’s phone there’s no map view to find ports to get or dock your bike. That’s kinda crazy in this day and age.

My family and I tried to rent bikes in Kamakura, south of Tokyo. There were 5 bikes available, not one worked. We had already registered through the app and had been charged 3 X 12hr on our credit cards.
I wanted a bicycle in Tokyo and found GOCI!
As I downloaded the app while walking to the nearest port (pickup location) I was skeptical it would even work. I took a chance and entered my credit card info as I approached a line of 5-6 bicycles next to the Asakusa View hotel in Tokyo.
To my surprise everything worked beautifully. The app's English is good enough to easily follow the instructions. I chose a 48 hour rental for $36, the app unlocked the bicycle, and I was off cruising in 5 minutes! With electric motor assist too. Great for going up the long suspension bridges in South Tokyo.
