Collection Schedule

The app used to allow us to be able to see our refuse, recycling, & yard waste collection schedule. We could refresh it weekly. It was reason I downloaded the app & posted about it on my neighborhood social media forum. You just linked the app to the website now, ridiculous.

Where did the collection schedule go?

The best feature on this app was the trash/recycling/yard waste collection schedule. Now it’s gone. Bring it back!

The app crashes

When trying to submit a request for yard waste that was not picked up the app crashes when I try to submit my request.

Needs work

Whole app needs work, articles don’t fit in screen, misaligned buttons, the main menu button overlaps other apple buttons etc. I’m on iPhone 12.

Missed Notification

One of the things I depend on in this app is a notification on Trash Day. This is because all our trash days move around due to holidays. This week I received only a notification for Recycling on Sunday night and ZERO notification on Monday night for my trash day TODAY. Just heard the truck go by and realized I missed trash day. You seriously need to fix this!
