Collection Schedule
The app used to allow us to be able to see our refuse, recycling, & yard waste collection schedule. We could refresh it weekly. It was reason I downloaded the app & posted about it on my neighborhood social media forum. You just linked the app to the website now, ridiculous.
Where did the collection schedule go?
The best feature on this app was the trash/recycling/yard waste collection schedule. Now it’s gone. Bring it back!
The app crashes
When trying to submit a request for yard waste that was not picked up the app crashes when I try to submit my request.
Needs work
Whole app needs work, articles don’t fit in screen, misaligned buttons, the main menu button overlaps other apple buttons etc. I’m on iPhone 12.
Missed Notification
One of the things I depend on in this app is a notification on Trash Day. This is because all our trash days move around due to holidays. This week I received only a notification for Recycling on Sunday night and ZERO notification on Monday night for my trash day TODAY. Just heard the truck go by and realized I missed trash day. You seriously need to fix this!

App stopped working
After installing latest update, the app stopped working. Stuck on opening screen (Columbus image), and it doesn’t allow to navigation beyond this page.
Can’t launch. Says app needs updated?
Experiencing similar to others. App seems usable now.
Basically, the only reason I use this app is for trash/recycling pickup. If that’s a core reason most users use it for, can that one feature be made more reliable and prevalent?

Doesn’t work. Says Upgrade on screen
I open the app and it says Upgrade. I click on the upgrade link which takes me to the iOS App Store. I have the latest version installed so my only option is to open the app I already have. I tried deleting and reinstalling app but same message to upgrade. This happens on both my iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPad Air Mini running the latest iOS 13.3.1

Horrible App
At first, it worked great. The last couple of months, I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall. And now, the app won’t update at all. I get an error message that states: I must upgrade MyColumbus app to continue. I tap the button to ‘upgrade’, which takes you to the App Store. Then....nothing. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling...nothing. A fix would be appreciated.

Convenient for trash schedules
Since Columbus trash pickup rotates, it is nice to have a notification the night before to put out the trash container. Sometimes the notifications aren’t sent out though.

Says update is needed after update.
I updated the app and tried to open it but it keeps saying I need to update. Uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists.
New update broke app
Tried opening the app and got a pop-up that I needed to upgrade. Took me to the app store where I did the upgrade. After it installed, I tried opening the app and got the same upgrade notification. Tried deleting the app and re-installing, but still have the same notice.

WHY?
The app has my address to allow it to notify me of my trash collection days. There is no need for it to have access to private information. I value my privacy and am tired of apps trying to access personal information!
The very least the developers could have done is to inform people that location services are required for the app to work.
Some of the information contained within the app is useful, but buried, making it hard to find.
Sorry - you get one star!

Won’t open crashes
No way to notify developer about crashing issue. 311 has no option open a ticket on app issues.

I use to use this all the time to check trash and recycling. Now every time I try to open the App it crashes.
