Bank won’t let you do anything for your auto loan if you don’t have a checking account with them
Difficult
Every month I have trouble logging in, don’t know if it’s cause I use Apple or Safari but it’s getting old.. also the new format makes it difficult to just pay bills on line. I don’t know the account numbers that go with every payee so if you fave more than one with the same company name it’s hard to know you’re paying who you intended to since the message line doesn’t show anymore. This really is non-user friendly.

When I show up with a problem.
It’s not a problem and they make my life easier within a small amount of time. Love my people at west republic road. I’ve been in line and one boss lady always leaves her desk to get everything going if other great service is busy. Bank here if you want real friendly people.

Really tired of the app issues. App goes down and you can’t move money around. Aldo issues either cards not working (mine or kids. 2 different accts both with plenty of money). Now every time I open app it says error. Commerce your about to lose several accts.

Not working
Application is not working 8/13/26.
Error
Last month or so every time I open the app it throws an error saying something went wrong. It used to just open using face id after I clicked OK but now it fails to open at all.
