Error
Last month or so every time I open the app it throws an error saying something went wrong. It used to just open using face id after I clicked OK but now it fails to open at all.
Glitch when opening
Every time I open the app now, I get an error message that says something went wrong, try again. This is using face recognition. When I try it again, it works.
App don’t work on my phone
About a week ago the app stopped working on my AT&T iPhone XR. Don’t know if they trying to say the phone is old or what but when I go to the website is say web address can’t be found!?!
Embarrassing
Mobile App and the automated phone system is a complete joke. Explain to me how I cannot Unlock my account outside of normal business hours in the ripe year of 2026. There is no option to Unlock in the app or by calling the automated line. Have to wait for normal business hours to reach my own financial information. How embarrassing for Commerce Bank. Will never use them in the future. Get your loans/etc elsewhere.

I use it pretty much daily. Easy to use. Thanks for letting me use. Hope this review helps other people want to use the app. Also hope it stops asking me to make a review every time I use it.

Not user friendly
Just not very functional, not easy to find everything you want/need. New account doesn’t just load onto mobile, only my old account is still loaded so I’m not able to check my balance or see activity on the new account.

Unable to change users
Sign in under one user. When I try to sign in with another valid user it shows the accounts of the first. Also Zelle does not work because I have it set up on my home computer.

The app and it set up are very easy to navigate. I never have any problem paying my bill, looking at my credit score, maintaining my balance and always being aware of transactions that have transpired immediately. Kudos.
