If you need smooth working app, don’t use that bank. It has been really long in development but still new bugs and lags appearing.

How can it take weeks ro sort out the abilit for rhe app to understand a comma in a euro value

I guess my problem comes from having an iPad and an iPhone with an English keyboard.
Where the English speaking world puts their commas and fullstops like this: 1,000.00, German is 1.000,00.
It would be comical if it wasn’t but currently I am limited to transferring money of no more than 999.
It’s a recent change. Please fix it.
And also: to contact you with an issue like this seems to be next to impossible.
Update: thanks for the response. I followed your suggestions. Yes, I can enter 4-digit numbers again but the photo-TAN does not accept the format and declines authorisation.

Digital input is broken for money transfers. Numbers will not show correct placement of comma.

Eine der veraltetsten Banken, mit denen ich je zu tun hatte.
Im Jahr 2026 ist es einfach unglaublich, dass man für grundlegende Anliegen immer noch Briefe per Post schicken muss, anstatt alles digital zu erledigen. Jedes Mal, wenn es ein Problem gibt, wird man nicht über die App oder das Online-Banking unterstützt, sondern aufgefordert, einen Brief zu schreiben und mehrere Tage zu warten. Das ist extrem ineffizient und frustrierend.
Ich habe keine Zeit, 5+ Tage zu warten, bis ein Brief ankommt, bearbeitet wird und ich vielleicht eine Antwort bekomme. Banking sollte heutzutage schnell, einfach und digital sein – vor allem, wenn ich bereits die TAN-App nutze (die übrigens auch nur per Brief aktiviert werden konnte… absolut lächerlich).
Das gesamte System wirkt, als wäre es in der Vergangenheit stehen geblieben. Schlechter Service, langsame Prozesse und keinerlei Fokus auf die Kundenerfahrung.
Definitiv eine der schlechtesten Bankerfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe.

Have been banking with them for over > 14 years due to home loan. The app is in English not only German - Not many mishaps noted. Occasional hiccups after updating the app have been frustrating but they were always ironed out quickly enough. The verification process can be challenging but is generally a one-off event to use the app with face-ID enabled.

App is usually great but…
I haven’t been able to transfer money for almost 2 weeks now. It used to fail when the photo tan opened. Now it just fails right away and the screen doesn’t even load.
Versagt, wenn’s am dringendsten ist !
Wenn man die App benutzen will, dann muss man ständig erst ein Update durchführen, bevor die App überhaupt nutzbar ist. Für dringende Fälle, in denen man Informationen zu seinem Konto braucht oder Überweisung durchführen will, muss man erst ein Update machen, bevor die App überhaupt nutzbar ist. Absolut unzuverlässig. Schlecht !
