If you need smooth working app, don’t use that bank. It has been really long in development but still new bugs and lags appearing.

I am trying to logic into app by faceid but its how E0201 code. Last time I logined success as usual
How hard is a comma
How can it take weeks ro sort out the abilit for rhe app to understand a comma in a euro value
Comma versus full stop
I guess my problem comes from having an iPad and an iPhone with an English keyboard.
Where the English speaking world puts their commas and fullstops like this: 1,000.00, German is 1.000,00.
It would be comical if it wasn’t but currently I am limited to transferring money of no more than 999.
It’s a recent change. Please fix it.
And also: to contact you with an issue like this seems to be next to impossible.
Update: thanks for the response. I followed your suggestions. Yes, I can enter 4-digit numbers again but the photo-TAN does not accept the format and declines authorisation.

Digital input is broken for money transfers. Numbers will not show correct placement of comma.
App needs a fix with comma placement in money amounts for transfers. Makes the app unusable

Basic Bug with dots and commas
In the last update the Iphone cannot write values more than 1000 The app will automatically add a dot and enter the error that the value is not valid. Commas are not available in the fixed keyboard. So the app is useless I have to use the browser.
