Kann die bank app nicht mehr benutzen,ich öffne die app,dann kommt aktualiesieren ,man geht drauf, kommt zum app store und dann steht da nicht aktualiesieren sondern open,also ich schaffe weder zu aktualiesieren noch zu öffnen,da die app hin und her springt,weiss seid tagen nicht weiter

How can it take weeks ro sort out the abilit for rhe app to understand a comma in a euro value

I guess my problem comes from having an iPad and an iPhone with an English keyboard.
Where the English speaking world puts their commas and fullstops like this: 1,000.00, German is 1.000,00.
It would be comical if it wasn’t but currently I am limited to transferring money of no more than 999.
It’s a recent change. Please fix it.
And also: to contact you with an issue like this seems to be next to impossible.
Update: thanks for the response. I followed your suggestions. Yes, I can enter 4-digit numbers again but the photo-TAN does not accept the format and declines authorisation.

Digital input is broken for money transfers. Numbers will not show correct placement of comma.
