What's New in Compound

2.0.1

October 19, 2026

Strength ranks and the map. Your lifts now earn ranks, from Iron to Olympian, and the sets you've already logged count. Ranks and the map - 18 lifts are ranked, and squat, hinge, push and pull each keep their own rank. - Your program is a map now: each session is a step, each rank is a gate, and the plan moves you up level by level. - The rank strip in your workout shows the set that earns a rank. Then Finish plays your session on the map, and the rank-up. - All your ranks in one place, any time, and a card to share a rank-up.

I feel stronger

A Must Try!

Wow, I love this app! From workout schedules to reminders to calorie counts, it’s amazing. I can modify my workouts anytime and track them. The best features are the food scanning showing detailed ingredients, nutrients & calories that may be jaw dropping, and the social networking with friends and families. It’s helped me track glutinous foods I’ve tried sooo hard to minimize; delicious cakes I call “sinful”; and everything in between. For someone over 50 years old to be able to use this program and its unique features and loving it, I recommend everyone reading this should absolutely give it a try.

Would truly give it another star if I could!

I really love the way this app has everything I need to achieve my goals. I have been using it consistently this month to track my food intake, track my workout progress, and learn more about my habits as I reach my goals. I’ve always struggled with body image and unhealthy eating habits but having this to put it all into perspective and follow a routine that works for me is really cool. I also love the social aspect, seeing that other people are on the same boat as me and also have good and bad days is motivating and really feels like i’m not alone in this and everyone is on their own journey.
