Good but could be better

The app functionality is great, with a simple, easy to use interface. It would be even better with support for Apple Watch and widgets.

Bonne application !

Bonne application qui permet de visualiser son installation , tous les modules , sirènes etc. Il est possible d’armer son alarme à distance via l’application, d’activer l’alarme (même si c’est un peu cacher)

Bonjour beaucoup plus rapide à la connexion que l’ancienne application concernant l’activation, désactivation l, et alertes Pour ce qui est de visionner la vidéo prise lors de la déclaration d’alerte, chargement un peu long, à améliorer Cordialement

Hello, we apologize for inconvenience. The application just streams information from the server. There's something wrong with connections between the panel and server. It's not relevant to the application. Please, contact your local service provider

Change required but can’t seem to sort

It’s a good set up but I can’t seem to find how to get it working again after removing an outside cabin that had a sensor.
End result the system is u able to be set and used anymore and I can’t find how to sort it so it sits unused!

alarm stays active and notifications don’t work

when burglary alarm is fired it stays active until I reset the panel using installer mode which is pretty annoying, not sure if this behavior can be changed in settings, also, I notice notifications don’t work on iOS 17

Application incomplète

Il manque en effet la possibilité de visionner les caméras en direct.
L’option existe, les caméras se mettent en téléchargement mais affichent un écran noir.
Aucun message pour nous dire ce qu’il faut faire.
Très dommage

Le minimum est assuré.

L’application permet de faire le minimum :
• Activer et désactiver alarme à distance
• Recevoir les différentes notifications
Cependant, toutes les configurations ne sont pas disponibles, notamment l’état des batteries, le test d’un composant à fin de valider son fonctionnement,…

Je suis pas sur de bien comprendre les informations envoyées par l’application :
- je reçois des notifications concernant un abonnement, lorsque je consulte dans l’appli, il n’est nul par fait mention d’abonnement.
-je reçois des notifications de ma central, lorsque je consulte l’application, il n’y a pas de journal indiquant le motif pour lequel j’ai reçu une notification.

ConnectAlarm ne se connecte pas ou alors quand elle veut

C'est toujours quasi impossible de se connecter : on tape sur le bouton "TAPEZ POUR CONNEXION" puis l'application affiche "ENVOYER UN SMS DE RÉVEIL". On envoie ce sms et le bouton bascule sur "CONNEXION...". Et ensuite ? Eh bien le bouton revient sur "TAPEZ POUR CONNEXION" après quelques minutes et c'est tout. Et la connexion n'arrive pas. Bref cette application fonctionne très mal depuis le début. Auparavant on avait l'application Visonicgo qui marchait très bien : mais de nos jours on adore remplacer ce qui marche très bien par du nouveau qui ne fonctionne pas : posez-vous la question de savoir si le marteau de votre grand-père est encore capable de bien planter des clous ?

Hi,

Thank you for your answer, nevertheless it is still unclear for me. My principal concern is that the remote connection to the alarm is random and so presents a lack of reliability : but reliability is a main criteria for an alarm system !
I already faced with a false alarm and received the alarm sms. But from that it has been impossible to connect to my alarm system to check through the cameras if something was really wrong or not. You can easily understand that this not acceptable nor comfortable.

Hello, some types of panels always keep a session between server and panel, but there are panels that do not support this feature or it is not relevant . SMS wake-up is a feature that provides the ability to connect the GPRS panel to the server when you need it. It's not relevant to the application. To connect faster to panel, panel should be connected via Ethernet. For more information please contact your local service provider.

Working well

Capable app from the week I’ve been using it. Could do with more granular notification options — I want an alert when system is armed/disarmed, but not a 3 second siren tone!
