I’m very disappointed with my experience with Connecteam. I originally signed up expecting to pay around $23 per month, but I was unexpectedly charged $102 for the Operations Hub Expert Plan, which is listed at $119/month.
I never intentionally upgraded to the Expert Plan and was shocked to see such a large charge. I contacted support immediately to request a full refund and cancellation.
Customers should be very careful and check their subscription and billing details closely. A jump from around $23 to over $100 per month without me knowingly making that change is extremely frustrating.

A Generous App!
This is the best app I’ve ever seen for what it does and in general, it is smooth operational. It is beautiful. It is easiest. It is amazing and I’m surely grateful to the developers for allowing you access to every single feature for free for up to 10 users that itself is a miracle to all small businesses and such a great support for the community. I’m very grateful to you guys. Thank you so much.

Decent App
UI is mediocre but better than other apps like this. The worst part about the app is that it requires your location at all times even when not in use.
Invasive
They require you to have location on at all times, they say they only track when you’re clocked in, my apple tracking showed me tracks me at home as well. If you turn your location settings to “while using” it won’t allow you to use the app…
Issues clocking in
I don’t know if it was the recent update or my own management are trying their possible best just to make sure to spoil this app for us cos tell me why I can’t clock in when I get work, it shows loading for a long period of time (at least more than 5 mins) then I had to refresh and refresh before I could clock in. To clock out too is hell

First time small business owner
Been using this app for my team at my small business brick and mortar store and it has been a game changer keeping schedules, hours worked, and work tasks all accounted for an organized!
Gathering location data when not needed
Connect teams recently changed their requirements to always allow the app to collect location data, and multiple times during on Sunday after not working the weekend, my phone has let me know that connect teams has checked my location up to 21 times over the weekend when I have not been working. There is no need to check my location when I’m not clocked in. And they do not allow you to clock in unless you have given them permission to use your location at all times

Excellent App
Appreciate that the app is free for small business. Works great. We use an Amazon Fire tablet as the kiosk. Saves lots of time.

They don’t screen companies! Scam alert!
I was contacted by a company that I was hired and they used this app for onboarding. There were multiple people that were in the same virtual chat. They collected everyone’s social security numbers and bank account information for “Payment” Almost two months later they have given two updates saying they are processing our information, please be patient. I sent a message in the group chat that I thought they were a scam. 2 minutes later I was locked out of the app. I can’t get in and when I try to log in the app says my number and email are not in the system. I’m now going to have to go through the trouble of contacting multiple authorities. I’m am livid and extremely nervous about my bank account and am going to have to change it. Thanks a lot connect team for your garbage app and business practices. I am also contacting attorneys to see my rights here

Convenient and easy to use
I really like this app. It is convenient and easy to use.
Notifications does not work with T-Mobile iPhone or watch
It needs to be updated, since your update last year I no longer receive the notifications. Please fix because it is not fair that others get notifications but my watch does not. Nor does my phone, it’s super delayed at one point then stopped all together-and if my window is open in my laptop it does not notify me when I am in another window, not helpful for instant communications.
