They don’t screen companies! Scam alert!
I was contacted by a company that I was hired and they used this app for onboarding. There were multiple people that were in the same virtual chat. They collected everyone’s social security numbers and bank account information for “Payment” Almost two months later they have given two updates saying they are processing our information, please be patient. I sent a message in the group chat that I thought they were a scam. 2 minutes later I was locked out of the app. I can’t get in and when I try to log in the app says my number and email are not in the system. I’m now going to have to go through the trouble of contacting multiple authorities. I’m am livid and extremely nervous about my bank account and am going to have to change it. Thanks a lot connect team for your garbage app and business practices. I am also contacting attorneys to see my rights here

Convenient and easy to use
I really like this app. It is convenient and easy to use.
Notifications does not work with T-Mobile iPhone or watch
It needs to be updated, since your update last year I no longer receive the notifications. Please fix because it is not fair that others get notifications but my watch does not. Nor does my phone, it’s super delayed at one point then stopped all together-and if my window is open in my laptop it does not notify me when I am in another window, not helpful for instant communications.

Working in a healthcare setting where situations are constantly changing, relevant information is crucial. With the tap of a screen, access to that information is in my hand in seconds. Kudos for this app:)

Frustrated
My app has no clock in/out button. For several weeks it has been gone from the app. Very frustrating! At times my shifts are not on schedule either. It makes it difficult for me to see when I am scheduled to work and/or confirm these shifts. Please fix! iPhone 17 pro max

before you changed the app was perfect but now I can’t see any of my coworkers schedules and I don’t know who to trade with. Make it less complicated and go back to the old one please.

Stop asking me to submit my time sheet on a sunday at 12pm.
Every single sunday this app is coded to tell you to submit your time sheet on Sunday. Whoever coded this must have the weekends off because some of us still have to work on a Sunday. No i cannot submit my timesheet while i’m still actively clocked in and working. It’s the most annoying thing on the planet. I know I have to submit my time sheet stop telling me!! It is 12pm, the day has started and so has my time at work. Whoever coded this needs to rethink their privilege of having the weekends off.

Highly recommend
This app is great, especially for small businesses like mine. I’m able to set up everything my cleaners need to know about their shifts and they can access it through their phone. Handy that you can have the app on your phone and computer too for rescheduling on the go! Honestly been a life saver for my growing business 😊
