Way to many ridiculous updates

Can’t dial extension
using this app from iPhone 12 with the newest release, and the latest app update, I still can’t dial an extension using the dialpad. I can pick up phone calls. I can call out but when calling a company can’t dial any extension.
Good but……
Works good for the most part. Ring’s differently from my cell phone so I know it’s a work call. Only issue I have is if I make an outbound call and have to navigate a phone tree e.g. Dial 1 for Sales, 2 for Support, it will not recognize anytime I dial the number. I end up having to call from my regular cell phone.

Works Well
App works well. Will drop a call if you switch from WiFi to cellular but I think that is pretty common across the board. Like that they make improvements pretty regularly adding new features.
Just don’t use this
The worst phone app. Amazing how an app can be this bad. Just go to Central Dispatch and avoid having head aches.

Would LOVE if locking my phone didn’t stop voicemail playback. Also would really appreciate a playback speed selection! Thank you!

I love using the app to call customers from my business number, without passing out my private cell phone. Make receive calls anywhere, as well as faxes and text msg. Just what I needed
Excellent app, but…
The app works great and does what it’s supposed to, but there are a couple of things that should be added.
First, a two-step verification system — nowadays it’s essential for better control and security.
Second, improving message synchronization, so when an SMS is opened on one device, it doesn’t appear as unread on another. That one is optional, but the most important thing is the two-step verification.
Other than that, you’re doing an excellent job.

Works well
For the most part it’s good but some small tweaks would make it great. If I could download photos directly from the desktop app (windows) it would save so much time. Right now, I have to copy the link from each individual photo, paste into a browser and right click save. When a client sends photos of a 20 page notice/letter that is a painstaking process. And it took months to even figure out I could do that to save them at all! If I could select multiple photos in one text convo and d/l in one click it would save so much time.

Would give 5 stars if there were to text message search functionality. It’s a pan trying to scroll through looking for details in a conversation history.

Paltry feature set, poor performance
I have to use this app as its the one chosen by my employers' VOIP service provider. Since we switched VOIP services my call quality has gone down dramatically, many more dropped calls.
My main complaints:
- Incoming calls are wonky, especially on a transferred call. I don't have a better way to describe it.
- This app does not have nearly as nice of an interface or as good of a feature set as our old VOIP provider's dedicated app.
- I dont have a desk phone as I'm often out at field locations so its just easier to just use the cell phone app. That being said - it should be a basic thing to have this app ring with a different ringtone than my personal line on my phone. This app does not let me do that so when my phone rings I cant tell if its a personal call or a business call until I pick it up. My old VOIP service provider had their own app that let us do that.
- Caller ID: This app does not convey Caller ID info to the apple car play in my truck. This coupled with the "cant set a dedicated ringtone" means that I loose the ability to know if its a work call if I get a call while driving - I have to answer it blind. Most unprofessional IMHO.
- Texting: Its supposed to work, but I'm not able to send / receive texts unless I use my personal cell number which pretty much defeats the purpose of even having this service.
- Setting hours / vacation disable: The old app let us set our available hours & disable the line for vacation mode right on the app. Now we have to log in to a separate website from a computer Great - gee really thanks! One more User ID and password to keep track of when before I did it all from the app.
This new phone service and its app have been a disappointment from day one and show no signs of improvement.

It’s ok
The app works as it should most of the time, my company recently started using it. But the issue I’m finding I have recently had is that even when I sign out of the app, I’m still receiving phone calls through the app and they are still ringing to my phone even though I’ve signed out of the app. I’m not sure why this just started happening since it never happened before. But it is really frustrating because when I sign out I want to be able to take a complete break from work. It’s quite distracting when I’m not supposed to be working and calls keep coming through.

Wonderful
This app is great! It allows for you to separate work calls from personal calls. It needs good cell service or WiFi but no different than a cell phone call. It makes work so much easier and no one has to learn my cell phone number.
