No way to login
Just like Jren77 stated a year ago, opening the app for the first time with IOS 16, there’s no way to create credentials. Not sure how much Watkins paid the developer 6 years ago but they should have paid more for something usable. No updates in six years is pathetic.

Literally worthless
Downloaded the app hoping I would have better luck than the bad reviews. First screen upon opening is a login screen with absolutely no way to create an account or login.
No password recovery
I haven’t used the app in a while. It used to automatically sign me in but now it’s no longer doing so. And I can’t remember the user name / password. Please provide a password recovery link.
Unusable
No instructions, no way to create users , not been updated in 6 years. Basically a piece of c$@p
Fine when it works
This app is just not what it should be. When it’s working it’s nice to be able to control the spa. Heating it when we’re on our way home from skiing or just checking in from afar is good. But as another reviewer mentioned, it is very fickle. And every time we have an issue, we have to contact our spa dealer which is tiring. Would love to have a better app for what was a pricey spa.

Not for spa owners
I have a spa grande by Hot Springs. This app is garbage to spa owners. from what I am told it is only meant for dealers and technicians
Doesn't work all that well
Great idea and I would love to be able to control my spa and set the temperature before I get there, but it is very fickle and only works occasionally. On the iPhone it doesn't have the option to lock in the spa temperature, so although you set a new temperature, it just reverts to the previous temp when the phone closes. On the iPad it only occasionally will open up, mostly just going back to the home page when trying to sign in.
