Disappointed
Getting rid of the loyalty scheme is really disappointing. There are so many other shops doing offers and deals these days, I wouldn’t be surprised if people go elsewhere.
bad
doesnt work and kicks me off app
New app - won’t issue code to phone so can’t log in
Tried to access app. Had to download new version. When I enter my phone number I get an error message. If I try to set up new account I never get a code to my phone. Have login details but can’t use them. Pretty poor.
Won’t send OTP so can’t log on
I have an account but can’t log in. It just keeps saying it can’t send the OTP to my phone and I should try again. I’ve tried about 20 times, even deleted and redownloaded the app twice. Ridiculous, and without the app I can’t do anything
Please avoid
This company think they can suspend your account without refunding your credit, its happened twice now the first time i got wrongly accused of mistreating the rooms and i had £92 credit on my account, it took them 3 weeks to give me a explanation and they decided to unblock my account, few months later happens again while i got £30 credit on there, sent me a email saying im banned for 3 months but no talk about refunding me, apparently i was having a conversation with a women in there who always makes conversation and took something the wrong way and got offended, a bit pathetic to be honest as they instigate the personal conversation, i just want to have my sunbed as not interested in how they are, but anyway got banned for something very minor so im just warning everyone from my experience please dont buy credit to top up your account as if you get suspended for what ever reason you will never get it back, maybe im just unlucky but im not happy with this treatment

Don’t bother
I find it absolutely ridiculous how many things you have to do just to get logged into the app, video record yourself, photograph yourself, photo your ID. Is there nothing we can keep private now?
I understand security checks but come on!

App is hitched with problems
I get told I have an old phone! I have an iPhone 16pro and it’s 4 months old!!! The app is hopeless. I don’t get OTP it doesn’t work! The app just buffers continuously. Please FIX THE APP!!!!!!! 17th June 2026.
verification
it wont give me a code for a phone number verification and when i press resend code it just kicks me off the app? i cant call the number they provided because my microphone is broke.
Pretty good…once you get past verification!
Not much wrong with the app, QR code can be a bit funny sometimes when scanning but that could be down to the machines. Only problem is the most poorly designed verification process in history. But if you make it past that, you’re golden.
Nothing works
App never works.Never a human around. Lots of trying to find a parking space, walking for ages and all for computer says no
Loss of internet connection while on the bed.
While a few minutes into my 12 minute sunbed, it turned off due to no internet connection in store. After calling the helpline and being told i’d be refunded, they only refunded me 6 minutes.
A waste of time driving down, fuel and sunbed cream. You’d think they had some better customer service for the inconvenience.

Worst sign up process ever
Easily the worst sign up process ever. I tried five or six times, taking pictures of myself, all sorts of different angles, pictures, video, ID. It breaks down at the end, it says it’s not appropriate, you do it, you do it perfectly, it doesn’t work. Absolute rubbish, honestly. Waste of time.
Oh dear…..
Downloaded app, verified, tried to buy credit…nope, it won’t let me. Reinstalled app etc…still won’t let me buy credits.
W A ‘n’ K app. Lost customer.

App needs sorting out
The app keeps logging you out for no apparent reason, then never sends the OTP when requested.
Flaky app
The studios are great but the app is shocking! Every time I visit to login again which fails all over again always takes me 15 minutes
I’d check
I’m not happy to scan my id with all detail on it picture of face should be enough or verify by staff
Does not work
You need the app to sign up but the video doesn’t work and the app keeps crashing. Therefore, I can’t sign up. It’s a good way to lose business before someone even steps foot in the studio/shop
Can’t even get past verification
Camera flips round everytime I go to record myself saying the phrase and there’s no way to turn it back 😂 I shall just go to another tanning salon in the area.
Parky
Great app & great place & always friendly staff
Bad app
This app is so bad, it freezes constantly and you have to delete it and start over again to register.
