Worst sign up process ever
Easily the worst sign up process ever. I tried five or six times, taking pictures of myself, all sorts of different angles, pictures, video, ID. It breaks down at the end, it says it’s not appropriate, you do it, you do it perfectly, it doesn’t work. Absolute rubbish, honestly. Waste of time.

Downloaded app, verified, tried to buy credit…nope, it won’t let me. Reinstalled app etc…still won’t let me buy credits.

App needs sorting out
The app keeps logging you out for no apparent reason, then never sends the OTP when requested.
Flaky app
The studios are great but the app is shocking! Every time I visit to login again which fails all over again always takes me 15 minutes

I’m not happy to scan my id with all detail on it picture of face should be enough or verify by staff
Does not work
You need the app to sign up but the video doesn’t work and the app keeps crashing. Therefore, I can’t sign up. It’s a good way to lose business before someone even steps foot in the studio/shop
Can’t even get past verification
Camera flips round everytime I go to record myself saying the phrase and there’s no way to turn it back 😂 I shall just go to another tanning salon in the area.

This app is so bad, it freezes constantly and you have to delete it and start over again to register.

Took it as a sign I’m not supposed to use sunbeds! Tried to register three times and each time at the verification stage it just froze uninstalled reinstall the app same thing kept happening so I’ve given up

Camera option
When I have to take a picture to submit my id it will never focus on it and makes any pictures blurry for me and my camera is completely fine when it’s not on the app

Absolutely terrible tried and failed to set it all up you’d think I was going to rent a Lear jet not idea sunbed absolutely terrible
Data breach galore
What Galore doesn’t tell you is that not only do they want a picture of your face, but they also want a picture of your ID PLUS, and I hope you’re sitting down for this, they also want your voice recognition by asking you to repeat a sentence!
Of course they tell you that your data is safe and I’m confident they will even respond to this review but seriously, where do you think they’re making money from if it’s not your data because I can assure you it isn’t from sunbeds!
Reply or not, you only have to google ‘data breaches’ to see it’s an accident waiting to happen.
I want 7mins on a sunbed…. Not access to the latest NASA technology!!! Wake up guys

Doesn’t work
Very glitchy app, won’t initialise camera from the video screen and freezes when confirming identify.

Absolute rubbish
Had to download the app three times to get it to even vaguely work. I have now entered my details to try and set up an account five times without success. App keeps freezing during the verification process despite me force quitting every other app on my phone and restarting the handset. When the app accesses the video camera to record the spoken statement you have to be standing on the surface of the sun otherwise the video is too dark - to the point of being almost black. When you take a photo of your ID it doesn’t know what camera lens to use on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and you cannot pinch zoom or choose a different zoom lens. The result is that if you align the ID edges to the box it’s hopelessly out of focus. If you move the phone away from the ID to reach the focal point when the text is sharp, it’s too far away to be read. If you can fool the app enough to fudge your way through these stages, then when you click on the ‘verify email’ link it just doesn’t work, and keeps saying that your email isn’t verified even though you clicked on it and it takes you from your email back into the app. In fact this app singularly fails at every single thing it’s supposed to do. Still can’t verify my account to complete the process, so I cannot use the company’s facilities. You’ve lost a customer, because your app DOES NOT WORK.

Don’t like the way they have changed but Credits can’t just top up , without buying one of their offers , change it back
