Rip off
If you enjoy spending a lot of time figuring things out!
For instance, told me to enter contact information but didn’t start out with the name but the phone & email so I enter the info before realizing now I have a list of people without their names. Why would it begin with phone & email when the first thing you need to know is the names?
Another dislike, I ask for a simple follow-up email & there are plenty of templates to choose from but their pics are already inserted into the templates! Why? Why not make it a placeholder for you to insert your own pic?
Found that choosing AI to create something for you isn’t as easy as it seems since after it creates it, trying to figure out how to have it email multiple people isn’t simple like a group email. I could get to the testing part but have to really concentrate on how to do a mass email.
Another issue over it auto-prompting you to enter contact details it doesn’t suggest filtering or separating them in different folders, instead, you, now have one big phone book. It would seem logical as it walks you through to set it up that it would ask if you want all your contacts in one master list or if you want them categorized while creating a master list. So, if I want the contacts categorized by month I could create this so I know when the lead was created & how long the lead has been in the app.
So, after playing with it for several hours & getting only a fraction of what I want done it got deleted & my subscription was cancelled asap!

This is genuinely useful feedback, skeyhani, and we appreciate you laying it out in detail. You're right that starting contact entry with phone and email before name is odd, however we set it up that way because while people might have the same exact name, they won't have the same exact email address. We also hear you that template photos should be placeholders you can swap out, not stand-ins you have to hunt for. We're passing this along to our product team. If you still need additional assistance, please send an email to social_support[at]constantcontact[dot]com along with your account name, email address, and a reference to this review so that our team can further assist.

I would like additional services and more support. I would like to see growth continue.

App doesn’t work
Great software but billing stinks
1) in today’s day and age there is no reason why you can’t cancel online but you can’t with constant contact. You have to call the billing department and they ask you a dozen questions on why you’re leaving. I hadn’t used this in a year so why would I continue to pay?!? It felt like they were just about the money and they don’t care about the customer.
2) even after I finally got them to cancel my account they charged me again so I had to call back again. Parts of me thinks this is how they do business.
Needless to say, I’ll use someone else the next time I decide to do email marketing.
