App not functioning on my iPhone. Will only search with camera and won’t process the picture
Something is terribly wrong with this app. Can’t search or navigate. Can’t even use the AI feature. You need to test before launching revisions
Less Content Than Website
Why does the Consumer Reports iPhone app not contain all of the daily news articles that are emailed to me?
Seems like the app only contains a small portion of the content available on the website.

When it works
When the app works it is great and I have used it for years. Just went to open it and use it and if locks on the green launch screen. Yes, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
Based on reviews many people have this issue and it has been going on long enough for you all to have fixed it by now.

Electric skillets
I just downloaded this app.to check on electric skillets and I had to chat with AI. It told me they never tested electric skillets. REALLY??? That’s all I wanted to know about at this time. Forget this app.
App no longer works
After the latest update, the app no longer works, all I get is an error message “IAP initConnection returned false”. Tried emailing, but all I received was a generic response that didn’t help.
