App is not updating settings or keeping time correct
The app will not update my temperature settings or update the time
BUGGY & UNRELIABLE
This thing disconnects at least daily. Frequently requires logging back in with no apparent reason. Most recent firmware update on my spa has completely broken the functionality. The reviews on this app and the remote functionality it intended to enable in the spa has been troublesome for many for years - really no excuse for making no meaningful improvements after this much time.

Horrible
Slow, no local connectivity. I’m sure they will eventually lock everything behind a paywall. Why do I need to connect to the cloud to check my tub? Answer : I don’t. As for dealer/service monitoring there are other less lazy ways to do this. Once warranty is up I will DIY a local solution!
BE AWARE!! Keeps going offline
This keeps going offline. It’s not like I paid little money for the device. Something this expensive should be working seamlessly. I have powered off the system so many times and reset my modem and it still does not connect. I think I’d like a refund!!!
Two main issues
Please fix these issues.
1) The app often says ‘Gateway Offline’ and doesn’t allow you to do anything. Resetting the home gateway usually fixes it.
2) I set up my desired temperature schedule, but the for some reason it resets the spa Temperature Range to ‘Low Range’ (99F max) whenever it sets a temperature lower than 100F or something. You can’t change the temperature range back on the display panel or when the gateway is offline. And who wants to have to keep changing a setting that shouldn’t be resetting in the first place? Fix it
