I really don’t know why Autotrader outsource important messaging tool for dealers and potential customers, as this isn’t fit for purpose, it is so bad you can tear your hair out.
Without autotrader the owner of this would have been out of business -10 years ago as nobody will go near it

Conversation has finished

By the time you have logged in, a chat robot interrupts you, there is indication of what vehicle they are enquiring on, it freezes, the online version doesn’t work on a mobile device when the app crashes. It’s just horrendous for such a simple chatting platform. Autotrader charge the earth and give you monkey tools in return
