Slow to load conversations
I like Brevo on my laptop, but the phone app is slow to load, often doesn’t display the conversation for me. I have to use my laptop. It’s been badly glitchy since the last update. Previously, it worked well. I can’t rely on the phone app now. 6/12/2025

Blank Screen Upon Opening
This app just completely stopped working for me. No screen shows up at all. Has it been discontinued or something?

Who do support on an iPad?????
What we need is a macOS application! The iPad application doesn't work well at all. The input is hidden and after a while the app gets blank and unresponsive. You need to restart. Doing chat support on a web browser is very far from ideal...
Great Update
Brevo is a great move and excited to see the app updates. Everything where I need it. Just a little more work on mobile responsive layout but still works all the same.
Easy to stay connected
Keeping in touch with contacts and web visitors and clients is a breeze! I manage all my messaging channels through the conversations inbox, so don’t have to switch between platforms.
Could easily be 5*
This app would be so useful if it didn’t log me out all the time.
Work well on iPhone but not Mac
It wish it could work well on the Mac. I can open the app but the input is hidden.
I’m sincerely impressed!
I’m so surprised on how responsive and intuitive the Sendinblue app is when receiving chat messages, alerts when someone visits my website(s), and the programmability directly from the app. Keep up the good work!
