Smooth
Nice and easy way to track CC workouts.
Brilliant
Excellent app which does exactly what is says. Keeps perfect track of your progress.
Please, add Dips
Great app, just works. I understand it follows Paul Wade’s method, that doesn’t include Dips. Nonetheless, the Dips exercise is part of Calisthenics, it’s a compound exercise, very effective for upper body strength, the same as Pull-ups, so I would like to see it included as a exercise in Push-up series, even if it isn’t a Push-up variation, it works though the triceps, the chest and the back, like Push-ups. I included my Dips in the Push-ups rubric in the app, as No. 5 exercise, and I mentioned it in the Workout Notes, to not confound it with normal Push-ups. Or maybe, the Dips exercise could be included as a standalone group, like Pull-ups, Push-ups, Squats etc. There are some variations of Dips that could be included as 1, 2, 3 … intermediate steps. Thanks to developer for the app.

Great program, great results!
Free version is ok itself but I ended buying all options at $4.99 and it was worth every penny.
One should probably buy the book or at least watch cc videos on youtube to learn the proper techniques as the app developer also states in the app.

Excellent correlation and supplement to the book
I was greatly impressed with the book, Convict Conditioning. Coach Wades impeccable logic and simplicity for raising our fitness bar, where everyone, regardless of their current conditioning, can start their life changing fitness journey. Problem is that the book doesn’t come with a log, a tool essential to overall success of our journey.
Welcome to this app. It is true to the book, the pictures jog your memory on how to do the exercise and is a simple and easy way to plan and schedule your workout then log your progress.
In conclusion, buy the book, get the app and be amazed at how much your fitness progressed over the year. Breathtaking, no pun intended.

Effective and honest
Strait to the point started the workouts one by one able to do most all of them in a small room which doesnt require much equipment
keeps changing app features for more $
I paid $4.99 for full access and now it’s an additional $4.99 for features that were included originally. Scam!
Better than nothing
But missing some key usability features. Mostly wish there was a way to reschedule a day. There’s no easy way to do your workout a day early, or snooze it to do it tomorrow instead. If you try to do a workout on an off day, you have to manually add the exercise by name, and you can only add one for some reason. Then you have to go to the Journal and edit the entry to add something else. Flexing workout days is something I do at least once a week and it stinks the app really doesn’t facilitate that at all.
Unrelated but it would also be nice if it showed the suggested warmup (iirc, the prior version of the movement, for a few sets), and if the “complete this set” button actually respected whether you filled out the third tier or not.

Has all the exercises
I like this app because it has all the exercises in both books and does a good job of tracking my reps and sets in the journal.
Would love the progression section to be better. I like seeing how each individual exercise progresses over time, how many sets and reps I have done both in total and in the last week/month, and this is a big missing here. It does have a score, and I t might mean something already but I can’t tell what, and it doesn’t help me view my progress.
Also the slowest progression goal setting was far too quick for me and much faster than the books recommend. As a result I have had to ignore these settings.
But the other features and the fact it has all the exercises, makes this an excellent app overall.

Awesome app!
Awesome app, unfortunately I can’t export any of the data generated which makes it unusable for any 3rd party integrations. The backup file is a binary which doesn’t allow me to import it anywhere else. This is a downside. Everything else is great!
Great program, basic app
I just bought Convict Conditioning the book, which I’d seen, but went ahead after getting the app. I skimmed the book pretty quick and love how simple it is - most anyone can do this. I love how it emphasizes building base and how it is reminiscent of basic physical education concepts. My biggest problem with the app is that how to progress is unclear. I’m an experienced athlete, so I understand how progression is personal and read the last part of the book about suggestions, but this part of the program and app is still a little weak and unclear to me. Adding one rep a day is ok if you’re starting at a level that is way below your ability, but would quickly overwhelm if you were already at a challenging point. The software doesn’t add the rep for you anyway, so I don’t get the point of that setting at all. Also, I want to do it everyday, and the programs seem extremely conservative - only 6 exercises a week? I feel like I must be missing something here. Nonetheless, I like the exercises and program and guess I’ll do them daily, progressing a step in unison every few days or so, with at least a day off. It’s functional, and you could probably even do without the book. But, the book also has excellent tips about execution; without it you will be missing out on the intended variations of the program.

Awesome app
I read the book and wanted a nice app that easily allowed me to plan the various routines and track exercises and progressions. This app is awesome and does just what I wanted
Absolutely great!
Love this app. Really works well, alongside the book.
Merci au développeur
Une appli simple d’utilisation et qui permet un suivi précis de ses entraînements. Excellent rapport qualité prix (contrairement aux autres appli existantes...). Très satisfait !
Best App so far
I think this is the best fitness app I have used.
Flexible and thorough
This is absolutely everything you will need to journal your work on Coach Wade’s books. Includes all the CC2 exercises as well.
Needs some maintenance
Its functional and buggy. Daily rep progression doesn’t work and the forum button crashes the app. Seems like the developer isn’t maintaining the app.
So much better than pen and paper
Great for cc. I think the app has more capacity than you am using. I am just using it to track my reps/sets and for the reminder notifications. It tracks cc exactly. Glad to upgrade to thank the developer.
Simple to use
Very simple to use, but could include videos or basic guidance how to do exercises correctly. Priced to much for what it does
Disappointed
Looked good, unfortunately it crashes constantly and the interface is dated.
