Maintenance
This app is always under maintenance. They take all day to get it fixed . Then the automated phone system sucks they always hang up on you. Just a terrible banking app overall.
Bill payer is terrible
Since they changed bill pay companies have had nothing but trouble. The old system let you set the bill to be delivered by the due date. Now you have to pick a send date and keep checking to see when the payment will be received. If you use auto pay or repeat payments, they are scheduled to be sent on the same date each month. In months that have fewer days, the payment is still sent on the same date, but it’s not received until later in the due month and you end up with overdue payments and late fees. On e-bills, it sends them on the due date instead of early enough to get there by the due date. I have complained to the credit union numerous times and they do nothing.

Doesn't work anymore
It used to work perfectly fine, now it's always says invalid credentials.
Doesn't have everything
The app is good, but does not have all information like web based banking. Example would be I can't see how much credit is available on my card and cannot see what merchants I paid at on the app.
Works well, but set up process is a but much.
It would be nice to just download the app and use your regular account number and password. Instead, your username is set up through online banking - which you use to login instead of password. It does make me feel more protected, however.
