Best APP
This has got to be one of the most elegant & well done fitness apps I have ever seen! I am obsessed with it & how fabulous it is!
Terrible app
The product is great but the app is terrible. I tried for 2 days to cancel my subscription. 10 emails and multiple attempts to call. No response. There should be a simple cancel my membership button. Customer service is non existent. Buy the product but develop your own program or you will be charged for eternity.

Corefirst offers high quality video content and brings pilates apparatus to your home in an affordable and portable way. I’m a longtime certified instructor and have never found an at home version of pilates apparatus that ever came close to the feeling of being in the studio until now… the company is still growing and evolving and I’m sure the app will just keep getting better and better😀

I’m addicted. I do these workouts even on the weekends. Impressive instruction and true Pilates exercises.
At home Pilates
I travel a lot for work and I really love not leaving the house and paying for a gym. This system has made me stronger and look great. I was very weak and out of shape when I started but that has all changed. The app and equipment are well worth this and I wrote this review for ppl that read reviews for weeks afraid to buy like me lol. They have done a better job but we really need more classes in the app. Once you had the system for a while you will go through all the classes several times and they are still good but coming from peleton its not that many classes.

It’s okay for travel, but..
The “but” is that they will charge you for annual subscription on the same day they send you a notice for renewal. No prior notices. My bad, I suppose. but pretty shady.
It doesn’t provide link to manage the account
I can’t even find how to log in to my account no matter how many times I asked to reset password through ‘forget password’. Can’t get to cancel my automatic renewal even from the email you sent and supposedly gave the link to do. The link contains no clickable link. It’s been frustrating because of poor design which is not user-friendly for management of account at all. Yes, I can see the routines videos but I can’t even log on nor cancel my subscription! I’ve never seen any exercise apps that’s not manageable like this before

I don’t have time go to gym for pilates. The classes registration also very hard to make . Really appreciate that I can have my Corefirst system . I can enjoy my Pilates time with myself now☺️

One can’t do any work outs until one joins. HOW DOES ONE JOIN???? It’s easy to sign in but joining is another matter.
Corefirst Classic
I have been taking Pilates classes at a local studio for 7 months, but need to pause due to my travel schedule. I purchased the Corefirst Classic so that I could continue my practice. I really enjoy the 40 minute classes on the app. The queues from the instructors online are very similar to the classes at my local studio, and easy to follow. I am very happy with my purchase and the ability to continue my Pilates program.

Login problems
Downloaded the app and followed instructions to set up login. Tried 3 times to reset account as app keeps saying wrong credentials. Tried to delete the app and redownload with no luck

Easy to use and so helpful in keeping track of lessons I have taken and liked. Love all the instructors!! So positive! The scenery is gorgeous!!! Keep up the good work!
