Why am I unable to delete a contact…..seems to always have a “Something is wrong..” message pop up when trying to make an outgoing call. Beginning to fall under a useless category of apps.
Great App
It works great when I am home and have my WiFi connected and it works great when my cell phone signal has two bars or more. Obviously if WiFi or cell signal has issues, it will disconnect but in LA we have great cell service when away from my home WiFi .
Error messages galore
Unfortunately I’m unable to use it for work. Continuously getting error messages of not being able to access or connect to make calls.
Randomly won’t let you make calls
I don’t know what triggers it, but randomly you can’t make calls out. It just sits there “Connecting…” forever and ever. Logging out / back in and rebooting rarely works. You just wait it out or use your cell phone itself, looking unprofessional.
This app sucks not user-friendly
This app sucks. First off. I have to click the hangup button on iPhone three different times before it. It’ll actually disconnect.
Secondly, they do updates to their system and don’t tell the provider who is contracted with them, which is not me and if the provider is not notified, then the customer is not notified
The update that they did I am not able to access video recording at all the provider I have that is contracted with this company Informed me that not even their tech support knew.

Cloud Phone System User
The app is a very helpful tool to supplement my office phone keeping me connected to my business anywhere.
IOS device heats up when making phone calls.
My IOS device heats up when making calls. My associates have an android and it works fine. My clients that I uploaded only show up on the phone app. They do not load using the web version. App Needs help, app works great for changing my voicemail. I cannot make calls.
Horrendous
Calls drop constantly and they have no willingness to improve the quality.

Calls drop or can not hear. My company currently uses this but wish they didn’t.

Maybe nudge the call button up a tad? Away from the bottom bar just a bit.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Calls don’t come through, calls drop, hard to hear. We have to delete and redownload it a couple times a week for it to not mess up as much.
Crash after Crash
This is a great app in theory. When it works well, it's wonderful! But lately it's been hanging up on my clients randomly while I'm in mid sentence. Sometimes 3 times in one interaction over the course of less than 10 min. Please fix these bugs so I don't have to keep apologizing. It's getting embarrasing

Rings thru DND
Good luck ever being able to unplug if you get this app thrust upon you. I have tried every setting including the Settings on Apple and it will still let calls ring thru on Do Not Disturb. No seperation of work life balacne with this piece of trash.
Can’t hear playback
And no volume controls. No ability to play as a speaker. Just awful volume.
Extremely Poor Service & Usability
I’ve had nothing but frustration with CoreNexa. This app claims to let you connect your office line to your iPhone, but it falls short in every way. Calls drop constantly, and even when they don’t, the audio cuts in and out so badly that conversations are impossible. It makes professional calls unreliable, and it’s embarrassing to have this kind of quality representing my business.

Outstanding Application
Love the navigational panel. User-friendly movement through application. CoreNexa calls are subject to the same type of performance as a cellular call based on network performance. Very responsive to problems and problem resolution.
