Radical racist nurses
I dealt with two nurses that threatened me they would put things in my chart. Sure enough nurse Erica and Donna both treated me like I had no pain from my surgery.
I was miserable. For the nurse to claim I was abusive, and verbally abusive is a far stretch from how they treated me.
These two nurses mentioned my Medicare as a problem. They also treated me very disrespectful when they realized I had Medicare.
Very racist, biased towards men, to the point I recorded the lack of care and abrasive attitudes which in turn caused me to get very irritated.
I will be contacting news 8 reporting.
As this nurse never said what she claimed as telling my mother I was abusive and I don’t need to treat her that way. Nurse Donna went as far as telling my mother to contact authorities if she felt threatened acting like I’m some horrible person.
I won’t stop contacting the news and the public to notify all as to the lying manipulative tactics of nurse Donna.
It is very unprofessional to lie on a patients after visit summary.
As nurse Donna threatened me she would write something in my chart and then very quickly put this false info in my chart to make me look bad.
I am contacting my lawyer and pursuing legal matters.

Convenient
I really like having all my doctors in one place. Keeps me choosing Beaumont doctors only. I do wish that I could message my doctors with questions and get a response sooner than 48 business hours. I know that I can set up a video visit but I hate those. I would not mind paying to discuss issues via messaging in real time. Thank you

Ongoing communication
I cannot see previous doctor communications. I cannot see which doctors have responded to my emails.
Extremely unorganized
This app is not at all intuitive. It will show appoints from over a year ago and ask if you want to hide the reminder from your page. It does not show up coming ordered labs on home page. You have to hunt for them. If you are healthy and need only basic info it may be ok but if you are actually accessing health care I have found it less than helpful for tracking labs, appointments etc.

App just sucks.
Can’t call or talk to anyone without talking to AI for a hour
so so
fun fact: if you call tech support for the app the bot says right away “if your tone gets abusive we may hang up” - letting the caller know they’re about to be not just frustrated or confused but actually infuriated. Yeah.
Overload
If you spent as much time person to person the system would be ok. The AI is overkill. The overreached texting is ridiculous. Dr to patient contact is desirable. I don’t appreciate Corewell micromanaging my Dr file.
Still needs improvement
The app does make a lot of things faster, more accessible, and more convenient. However, there are still some UI issues that need attention. Sections with drop down menus with literally dozens of options but no way to type an answer, having to answer the same questions repeatedly, being required to go through 10 minutes of pre-check questions for a 1 minute follow up that could have been an email. There are some things that are just time wasters and/or excuses for Corewell to charge more money.

Checking in on the parents
This app has been invaluable. My siblings and I can access blood test values, imaging results, MD notes, medication lists, etc. It helps us stay updated on our elderly parents’ medical status.
After back lower surgery
Dr Ahlgren did my back surgery, repaired/replaced old hardware that was only 17 months old. Basically (replacement) 2 pins that were straight with ones that match my spine arch. Repaired area between L2 and S5. Was able to move around after only a few days. Last time I did it at a totally different Hospital & different surgeon ,I was layed up for about 2 weeks & was able to get around for a while then started getting worse. So I looked up Ahlgren & had great reviews. He is about 3 hours away from me,it was worth it so far & the staff was very supportive & nice. Would definitely recommend anyone to go Dr Ahlgren , he is a very personable guy , he reserched everything then has a good set down with you review everything and ask him anything and he will answer it.

Doesn’t Update Information
Despite putting in updates about medication, it is never reflected. For my latex allergy, it states unknown and the allergic reaction happened during a hospital stay at Troy Beaumont in 1993! System needs to reflect updates, do it is accurate.
Fix your app What the hell?
Fix your app I had change my dad‘s password so many damn times when I change it and try to login it’s still showing invalid username invalid password please try again. I had to call your customer service. Same damn issue but now I’m locked out so I had now Corwell again to unlock me and find out what the hell is going on This is becoming a real headache.

One stood communication with all of my physicians. It works beautifully
Convenient
It’s easy to use and very informative. I like being able to view my test results quickly. I also like being able to ask my Dr a question in the app without taking their time away from their current patient. They can answer at their convenience.
Insurance
When checking in for appointment it doesn’t recognize we have supplemental insurance in addition to Medicare that pays co-pays.

The Corewell Health app has made the process of accessing one’s information so much easier and straightforward, which to me, is of paramount importance with a health app. It is greatly appreciated!

I need my prescriptions refilled and they don’t refill them. They are not narcotics so I don’t understand why they won’t fill them
