Doesn’t Update Information
Despite putting in updates about medication, it is never reflected. For my latex allergy, it states unknown and the allergic reaction happened during a hospital stay at Troy Beaumont in 1993! System needs to reflect updates, do it is accurate.
Fix your app What the hell?
Fix your app I had change my dad‘s password so many damn times when I change it and try to login it’s still showing invalid username invalid password please try again. I had to call your customer service. Same damn issue but now I’m locked out so I had now Corwell again to unlock me and find out what the hell is going on This is becoming a real headache.

It’s easy to use and very informative. I like being able to view my test results quickly. I also like being able to ask my Dr a question in the app without taking their time away from their current patient. They can answer at their convenience.

When checking in for appointment it doesn’t recognize we have supplemental insurance in addition to Medicare that pays co-pays.

Would be nice if patients could get proper help when needed vs. “no appointments available” for needed services. Then Audiology schedules an appt. Without asking me first!!!! For What? I needed help weeks ago for vertigo but no help provided!! Pityful system we have!!

Not updating
The app is not updating my test results or dr appointment
Not bad
The app is not bad but also does weird things. It is telling me I am past due for tobacco cessation. I have never smoked. I feel like I asked my PCP about it at my last eval and they just instructed me to select “hide from my Home Screen.” It is now back and I wish there was a way to waive it, not merely hide it.
