Unable to get access via app. Not getting the invite Need help.
My company send invite to join. All info is correct. Used to get the invite and used to get verification code. Not no more. What gives?

Horrible app. It’s not user-friendly and was badly designed with no thought about usability. The text is too small, and it’s not even compatible with iPads, making it even harder to use. Total time waster. This app should absolutely not be a requirement for any job. Avoid it if you can.

This app would be so much better to use if you could cut and paste important information from each bubble instead of all the information contained within that bubble. Important information would be just the work order number, just the address, just the lockbox code, just the customers problem Report. The address box does not work because too much information is being brought over like the name of the location instead of just the address. The font size needs to be increased. On the message page the white lettering on a black background is really hard to read. Increase the font size everywhere. Please make these changes to make a kind of workable interface to a super amazing interface that works.

Terrible app. Never loads, is slow on updates and needs to be improved in all areas.
Terrible Coding
Keeps kicking me out, I have to keep logging in. App crashes constantly. Would not recommend or use if I had a choice.
This is far too broken to be necessary for our jobs.
I’ve used this app for four years now. Issues of being unable to log in to the app or checkin to a location are almost daily but not nearly as frustrating at the last 7 days have been.
At some point in the last month my app specifically developed an issue where it would log me out every hour or two. Which was mindbogglingly frustrating. When I brought this up to the developer I was given beta testing access and that did resolve some issues.
When the Crowdstrike outage happened, of course there were issues and I do not blame those on the developers.
But in the process I logged out of the app, could not log back in, and now after almost a week I get regular messages every time I attempt to log in that I have to wait 30 minutes before trying again. I have waited hours between attempts, and I still get the same error.
I tried calling tech support the one time it gave me a number to call instead of locking me out for another half hour hiatus, and after giving me the option to wait on the line for someone to assist me, it promptly sent me straight to voicemail.
Having left a message it’s now been 28 hours and I still have not gotten a return call, my issues still persist, I report them regularly on TestFlight, and I still cannot log in.
The only thing saving this app right now is that it is an absolute requirement for people to do their jobs.

Complete Garbage… No instructions on how to use or how each user can access work orders.
Privacy security settings
Can see why it has low ratings. Users are forced to use. Not using because it is a useful tool. Can’t use this app unless you accept all settings from developer. If you choose customize settings the app won’t work. Just buffers endlessly. If you accept all setting it starts right up.

Amateur Hour
There is nothing Pro about CorrigoPro. It lacks some of the most basic functions, and what features it does include are stripped down to uselessness. Need to submit a quote? There are two text fields, Amount & Description. No line items. No categories. No quantities. Just like everything JLL does: Garbage.

Not iPad worthy?
If this is an app the developer expects field personnel to use, it needs to be compatible with an iPad!
Issues
What is going on with the app today? Can’t make updates or “check in”.
GPS
The gps is not accurate, and does not always pick up your phone when on location. Also, using IVR, it does not allow to pause, but goes through the completion of the work order, then I have to reopen, constantly.
