Costco app stopped working
It was a perfectly fine app until the new bug fixes were installed. @costco your app says it should work on iphone ios 16 and up which I have but after the most recent update it’s not letting me open the app. have tried reinstalling didn’t help. do you plan to release a fix?

So many issues with the app that I cannot use the digital membership because it has been “transferred” too many times. I now have to go in store to reset the “digital membership”. Please fix the app so we don’t have to delete and redownload.
Log in/account
Logging in has been a terrible experience. Stopped at the desk to get an email invite. By time I arrived home (10 minutes) the email had disappeared. This is the third or fourth failure to log in. Already have an account that works fine without the app. Will probably delete and stick with a browser access.

New update won’t open
I go to Costco for everything and recently noticed that the “member only saving” shopping list hasn’t been working correctly with pictures and all the whistles. I updated it today and now I can’t even open the app which totally 👎 since I was planning on stopping by tomorrow and I use the membership on the app.

Terrible App
App does not work. Every time I try to use it in store it locks my phone down and I can’t purchase anything.

Running iOS 16 and app crash since last update.
App become completely unuseable
The app was working perfectly fine until it suddenly stopped letting me change my warehouse. I tried everything I could think of, including checking my location permissions and settings, but nothing worked.
I finally deleted and reinstalled the app, hoping that would fix it. Instead, it made things even worse. After reinstalling, the app became basically unusable — now even a normal product search doesn’t work, and everything just gets stuck or freezes.
I went from having one broken feature to having an app that barely works at all. Please fix this. I actually use the Costco app to check warehouse inventory and prices before going to the store, so this is extremely frustrating.

Find Costco doesn’t work!
Not very helpful since it stopped finding my local Costco Warehouses. Yes location services and cellular data is turned on.

Stuck on stupid
Trying to go card less. Will not go past first part of registration. The zip code. This is the 3rd attempt in two years. Same problem. About ready for Sam’s Club at this point
Usually works but not today
Must have a glitch- I was trying to add a gift card to my Costco wallet but it kept just doing the loading signal so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it won’t let me get past adding my zip code to find my local warehouse.
Beneficial App When It’s Functioning
The app offers good warehouse product details and availability, in addition to online ordering when it actually works. More often the app runs slow or non functional than ability to search and/or create orders. With Costco’s large successful presence, it’s surprising how poorly their app and website functions.

Warehouse tab not working anymore
Yeah, I tried to check the price of something at the warehouse tab, and doesn’t open anymore, it says error. I closed and opened the app, several times and keep getting the same message.
Needs a better app
Disappointedly, the app seems getting worse over the year. Today it doesn’t want to load my cart. Took forever to load anything.

I never had so many issues with Costco app as in past week or so. It won’t load receipts from purchases in warehouse and then I did online order and app acted up all over the place. Now once more can’t load any purchase history. I can’t add my member number it’s not recognized in purchase history under wharehouse and I’m frustrated after dealing with customer service about online order and app issues just for it to not work yet again. Simple app was better than whatever is going on recently. FIX PLEASE !!!

It hasnt been working properly for the past 2 months
I cant check local warehouse inventory and app will keep loading and loading. Costco you used to do better than Walmart and Target. The fact that I’m comparing you to them means you are not paying these app developers enough, stop replacing this bug fixes with what AI tells you to do, let me tell you AI lies.

No option for Costco.ca in Canada??
App is useless. Unable to use for Canadian warehouses. Would it be so hard to create a Canadian site? They are happy to take our money but not offer us the same convenience?? Shame on you Costco!

I love this app even at its slowest but something changed several days ago and now I can’t even open the app without ít immediately closing afterwards. It’s completely broken and I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can on my end. Please fix :(
