Horrible UI
Couldn’t access my Costco wallet without having to go on my desktop to set everything up. App keeps telling me to re-sign in every dang time especially when the app is already updated.

I discovered Costco during the pandemic. It became a rare and treasured outing. Thankfully that is behind us, but my love for the place remains. I spent my career as a consultant to organizations on matters of leadership, teamwork, and organizational effectiveness. And Costco nails it! Unreal prices, great products. Incredible brand and strong esprit de corps among staff. All their expansion (tires, services, tech) makes sense. They stay in their lane but somehow make it wider!

Plastic knives
When I can’t find the knives or any other item I go to the Costco app and order it and it’s very easy snd you get it fast
Warehouse search function sucks
I recently searched for "washing machine" because I wanted to see if you stocked washing machine cleaner. No results. I'm pretty sure you stock washing machines so there's no reason this should come up with no results.

Sometimes there are performance hitches while browsing the app but I still prefer it to the web
Doesn’t show purchase history
Very outdated and now for the last 3 months it won’t show my purchase history. It says it’s loading and then doesn’t do anything. As an employee of Costco I feel it is super outdated.
Order and Purchases does not open
To check your receipts under order and purchases it does not open ever! I hope this gets sorted and people can view their orders and purchases receipts of online and in warehouse receipts
Costco is family
I grew up going to Price Club which turned into Costco. You’ve been there for us when we needed to stretch the dollar. I will always love Costco. I’ve memorized how the layout is and walk down the aisles with excitement. I’m forever a fan and today I used the app, which was a very easy experience to use. I will still love going to the warehouse, but for those online only deals, I’m happy to use the app too. Great job Costco! Your fan in California- Lisa

Too many bugs!
I’ve been a Costco member for 16 years, but the app is honestly one of the most frustrating retail apps I use. It’s full of bugs and glitches.
It constantly struggles to load past purchases and update payment methods. It acts like it’s loading, but then nothing ever happens. Removing extra quantities from your cart is also unnecessarily difficult and clunky.
The only thing I consistently use the app for is scanning my membership card when I forget my physical card at home. Other than that, I’d rather use the Costco website because it’s far more reliable.
Costco, you have a great company, but this app needs serious attention. Developers, please do better.

Being such a giant company, Costco should improve their app performance and efficiency. Keeps on loading whenever I try to view my order and purchases

Keeps prompting me to setup but doesn’t support Microsoft Authenticator. I can’t stop this annoying prompt

This app is NOT user-friendly. It’s impossible to find things that are in stock in my local store. I type in simple things, like string cheese, and It shows me everything else that I don’t want! It’s frustrating! When I use other wholesale store apps, it’s never this complicated!! I absolutely HATE and have hated this app and they have not re vamped it in YEARS!!
