Inaccurate Warehouse Inventory
I would have given this app 5 stars, but the inventory for the warehouse needs to be fixed. I try to search for items my store does have, such as frozen cherries, but it shows up with “No match found.”
App not showing prices
I cannot check prices on this app often. I check and my Cosco account is there. Not really sure why it won’t work. Pretty much makes this app worthless.

Bad time to update
Why in the world does the app update right as you’re walking into the store? Use location Costco and don’t update when going into store

Outdated
The app feels a bit outdated. Lags quite a bit and doesn’t let me click on things without it being weird. When I go to my cart and click on the items photo, just takes me right back into the cart, I have to click on the name of the item for it to take me to the actual item for details.
Crash
My phone gets crazy hot when I use this app and my app suddenly signed me out and when I signed in again there was no item in my cart anymore. They are not ready for online services yet. This is a shopping app people spend like at least half hour on the app it should be more optimized. I don’t want to ruin my phone battery over this stupid app

It’s fabulous if you want to accomplish nothing. Asks to verify your membership. Must verify with gigantic mega verification. Some people don’t use those what is that all about? More sharing of my (private) information. Ridiculous!!!

Looks like you hired some college freshmen to design an app that links to the website. It’s constantly logging me out. I can’t see prices, despite logging in. It’s a terrible app for a company that size.

Has been the best when I don’t have to come in to the store.
absolute garbage app
The app takes forever to load and navigate on my ipad pro. It is so slow it would be faster to go to the store rather than on line. I would give negative stars if possible.
