Can’t pull up previous orders
Order page won’t load.
WTH — app sucks
I couldn’t access to my account’s online purchases & orders
Costco warehouse is great The Costco app the checkout process and especially the service is trash
The customer service in the app is absolute trash
Add to cart - non functional
Despite multiple updates done, add to cart function does not work.
Costco’s Great! The App Not So
The Costco App appears to work well when shopping for items, etc. However, the “ Account” feature is spotty at best if you want to pull up previous receipts. It keeps spinning with no success of being to pull them. This is even after I deleted it and reinstalled the App.

Poor mobile app
As long standing customer of Costco, I believe their that as a company it is great and their products and service are excellent. But their mobile app is very poor. It feels like decades old app and app features are very poor
Does Not Load!
2026-09-18: After last week’s update, App no longer loads on iPhone X (iOS 16). Costco made another update this Wednesday, and it still refuses to load. Anyone else with this issue?

All product information now only in very tiny product information windows.

Cant even use feedback function for broken app
Better off with the website… painful to scroll and look at items. The back and forth as well as cart management is poor and dated. Really got mad that i couldnt easily switch warehouses and went in circles. My wife had the same issue…
Dont even get me started on the account management side of things… tried to report these issues in app and the app shuts down. Embarrassing for how much money this app brings in. Please invest in your UI/UX.

Not working
Not sure what they did but I can no longer get this app to open on my iPhone!
Cannot access past orders - waited 2+ minutes
When I try to see my past orders, I never get to a screen where I can choose warehouse or online orders. Progress bar moves forward and backwards for over two minutes before I gave up. I force quit the app several times to no avail. I also force quit every other app on my phone and rebooted my phone. Still didn’t work.

Terrible App
For a company that makes billions of dollars in revenue a year. They sure can’t figure out how to make their e-commerce app or website functional it crashes all the time takes really long to load and buggy. Makes me want to stop shopping every time I use it.
